Highly recommend, staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable
-
Our room was advertised as a kitchenette. There were no dishes or silverware. No stove or oven. Small microwave and mini fridge. Only one elevator to the 26th floor was operational. Long wait time and over crowded elevator car. Unfortunately our room windows overlooked a hotel with two story tall letters spelling out the name of a world class wannabe despot.

The location was great. We were a family with 2 kids. The staff were very good and helpful. I will come back to this hotel and recommend it.

Jack made our stay truly memorable by upgrading our room to one with an extraordinary view of the city and the river. The staff, especially Jack, were incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly throughout our stay. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our visit so special. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Room was smaller than expected but for an older building it was in good shape. Great location. Very friendly front staff.
-
Location was perfect for walking to Riverwalk, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, the Harbor, and Chicago 360. Wife loved the shower with optional hand held shower head! $75 for valet parking!! And the “queen” bed was two twins pushed together, leaving a huge desk in middle of the bed, one mattress rather firm, the other very soft and bouncy.
-
Amazing room at a reasonable price! Great location and very friendly staff! Thank you to Jock, who made us feel welcome!
-
Good laundry facilities Sold itself as a first class establishment - it was less than I expected
-
Very very accommodating staff, extremely friendly and helpful to all of our requests for more towels and bedding. Also held our bags for us after check out so we weren’t walking in the city with our bags all day. Hotel parking was not the same price as advertised on website to the public garage they recommended. $128 for parking in the wabash garage for 29 hours

We loved the site and the room had a beautiful view of the river. My only two issues were no fridge in the room, and the check in process. I guess I'm old fashioned and still like the go to the hotel front desk and they give you the key. Not this self check in setup.
-
Location. Good bed. Sometimes long waits for the elevator. Only 1 side of the bed had an outlet to charge
-
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the heavy curtains in the mornings. Our only small issue was that the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep the water from splashing out of the shower and making the bathroom floor quite wet.
-
We were on 22nd floor and only one elevator was working morning we had to leave. We had to carry our luggage down to the lobby after waiting 15 minutes and twice the elevator came and was packed.
-
Great location and nice view. Rooms are a bit small but to be expected right downtown. Overall a good room. Bed was not the best but okay for a few nights.

My only complaints are there is only one floor where you can get ice, way on the bottom of the building. This is extremely inconvenient. My only other issue was no fridge in the room. So no ice and no fridge, wouldn’t stay here in Summer again as you’ll be drinking warm soda the whole time. If I book here again it will be during the Winter. The hotel is clean, staff nice and location wonderful. If they could only get ice available on every floor and/or a fridge in every room it would probably be the most perfect hotel in the city.
