The only note is that you do need to be patient with the elevators. This is an older building and while they are operational there are only two for the whole club quarters floors.

Had a great stay at Club Quarters Chicago. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Really liked the little touches like the free water stations. Great hotel for the price and location, would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and truly felt like we got our money's worth. The location was perfect everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, so we didn't even need to rent a car. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were only about a 1-18 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel amenities were excellent, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking river view. I honestly couldn't get enough of it. It was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We had an amazing experience, and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Check in was a breeze. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had a great view. Location was prime.

Was ok for the price. Location is great though. 100$ deposit was charged at check in and they told it will be returned in 7 business days. It was surprise, wasn't told and wasn't expecting. The place is quiet and rooms are ok too. Old, will be good renovation.

Good stay
-
Very good location easy to access to almost all touring spots, but a kind of noisy in the mid night as it is too popular!
-
Lovely character - we were in tower, comfy bed, all amenities comfortable and clean
-
Staff were great. Free cold water filling stations were a nice touch.
-
Very clean room. The front desk person was extremely helpful in giving directions on how to get valet parking.
-
Great experience as always. Love virtual check in and out. The elevators were slow and not cool (very hot) but some limitations in older building during holiday weekend. Amenities are great as always (cool water, coffee, etc).

The hotel is in a great location downtown. You can tell it is an older building- needing some upgrades and touch ups but the property was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
-
The best feature of this hotel is its location, followed by the friendliness of the staff. However, for the price, I would have expected more up to date facilities and rooms. The room, especially the bathroom, was quite out of date and tired. The elevators were slow and there does not seem to be enough of them to handle the size of the building at peak hours. I would try a different hotel in the same area next time.

Great hotel

I didn't like that they did not have a microwave or fridge in the room. The microwave would have really been helpful. The beds and the room was to small

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good as advertised. Location, location, location-everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Will book again.

Chambre bien entretenue avec beaucoup de services : café à volonté et bouteilles d’eau froides à volonté . Hôtel Super bien situé près de tout dans le centre ville .

Everyone was great. The location was fantastic. An elevator was down and they are not large to begin with. Only having the one elevator to service 10 floors was a bit rough. There were often lines waiting to take the elevator up or down. I'm sure they are working on it and it likely won't impact guests in the near future.

Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great price and very close to everything! Without a doubt I’ll be coming back !
