Great location. Close to the magnificent mile.
-
The staff was amazing. Tony and Jock were great..helping with parking and changing our room to better suit our needs.
-
My room had no windows it was completely dark. Very old looking room. And the cleaning staff cleaned one room but not the other.
-
We stayed one night it was nice hotel on right location almost close to everything food, sightseeing, river walk and shopping centre. We really had good time.
-
Huge 2 room corner suite was a nice surprise
-
Elevators are slow and can take a while in a building with this many floors.
-
Overall the hotel is amazing. However, on this trip I didn’t stay in a renovated room instead my room was dated. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked no riverfront room 😱.
-
I would stay again but it’s priced to high now
-
Great location right off Chicago river close to everything. Great service. Our room was a little small but I think bigger ones avail.
-
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and so kind! They offered to hold our luggage while they were prepping our room, even after we checked out! Everything was super easy and great area :)
-
Good location and very nice staff!
-
Definitely a great location but no ideal room or vibe!
-
Nothing beats its location. Walking distance from most tourist attractions
-
Clean room.

Had an issue with air conditioning and they were on it very quickly and handled the situation very smoothly! Absolutely stay there again! Incredible view and easy accessibility around the river walk! No parking on-site that im aware of and I recommend you dont either. Just easier to use a driving service and subway!

Great location with great staff. The elevators are slow and crowded. The rooms are a little out dated and on the smaller side, but very clean.

We travel to Chicago several times per year but this is the first time we stayed at Club quarters. It was a crazy busy weekend with Lolla but the staff were super helpful and very patient. They made sure we were offered bathroom facilities to change clothes since our room was not quite ready at our early arrival. Leo was very helpful at check in. Will stay again. Location is perfect. Everything we needed was an easy walk.
-
clean tidy room great for 2 people visiting for lollapalooza. the complimentary water bottles and water station was exactly what we needed. mini fridge good for storing food. nice water pressure. would stay here over and over again

A deeply mediocre hotel.

On each floor, by the elevator area, there is a water bottle station where you can refill your own water bottle or fill up the plastic bottles they provide. This was so handy to grab a few extra bottles as we headed out the door each day to stay hydrated as it was hot out! There is gym in the very lower level of the hotel, nothing fancy. There are also two sets of washer and dryers down there are available to use, which was a nice surprise. One tip I would give, if you are staying on a higher floor, give yourself plenty of time to get out of the building, especially if you have a driver waiting for you or reservations somewhere. We were on the 21st floor and there were lots and lots of time the elevator was going down, would stop on our floor, but was already completely filled...so we'd have to wait for the next one. Not a huge deal....just give yourself extra time if you're on a schedule!!
