Check in was poor. We didn’t get a notification that the room was ready. When we approached reception they were slow and gave us the wrong room keys. There was a daily ‘destination’ fee for each room which was poorly explained. The hotel would not allocate the correct credits over both rooms. The bill was a nightmare to understand. Overall we would not stay there again and the reception staff are less than helpful.

The entire property and all staff exceeded my expectations!
-
The room was great. Nicest room I've had. Comfortable with lots of little perks. The view was wonderful. Bellhops were also wonderful.

Excellent stay! Very convenient location.

The staff was super helpful and efficient

This hotel has the worst elevator system I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t stay again based on the elevators. Yes they have a great rooftop but it took nearly 40 minutes to get down from the 21st floor due to only two elevators.

Clean rooms and helpful staff.

It was OK when we first got there they had a room mixed up with something else, but I just felt like the location was good and the hotel was small and left some amenities. It did seem like a lot of people from the Street that weren’t staying there would hang out and it was very overcrowded.

Awesome Awesomeness thats all you need to know.

Love the property smack middle of downtown Chicago… what unique was the rooftop which I was disappointed I did not get to go it was packed or reserved privately.

I enjoyed the proximity to all of the restaurants and attractions we toured! The value for what I received left much to be desired. Considering the reviews and high talks I had very high expectations. At the initial check-in at 1pm I was told my room was almost ready and it was drug out even more after speaking to another representative hours later. Only for the room to become available at 4p after the shift changed. The hotel lobby personnel were not very transparent or honest about the status of the rooms or check in process and caused me wasted hours of sitting in a lobby after I was informed my room was “almost ready and shouldn’t be much longer” before I could get in. That turned into a 3-4 hour wait. Additionally, water pressure was very odd with the sink and shower. At one point the shower water stopped. I had to turn the faucet off and turn back on to restart my shower. Traffic could be much better managed at the entry of the property.

Not worth what we paid at all. Could’ve stayed in a luxury hotel.

Excellent stay.

Shams who works at the front desk is wonderful! He is very courteous and helpful. He made a great hotel even better through his service which I feel is missing nowadays. The hotel itself is in a great location, has fast elevators, great food, plus clean and well decorated rooms.
