good location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, there were so many attractions, restaurants, and etc. within walking distance, the rooftop was amazing, and etc. It was also seamless checking in and out. We would highly recommend.

I valet my car at the hotel. I had money in my armrest and it came up missing, but that’s probably not on the hotel, because the two entities are separate.

I love everything about this Hotel, I’ll definitely stay again. 😊

The location was great for walking to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and more. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

Very comfortable beds. Beautiful room. The view was fantastic. The location could not be better. The bellman and staff were excellent. We had a fantastic time, partly because of staying at the London House. Make sure you go upstairs to the bar and restaurant on the roof.

We generally stay here when we travel to Chicago by the quality of service has diminished lately. Additionally if your booking is through Expedia, everything gets complicated and not well treated.

Perfect location, central right across the canal on E Wabash. Many places were walkable from here. Hotel was excellent all round. Stay v comfortable.

An amazing hotel with an amazing river view! I will definitely be staying there again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It’s convenient to a lot of downtown spots, the staff was very professional and helped us get a room upgrade at a very reasonable charge, and the river view from our room was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Our stay at the Londonhouse was excellent. The location is superb right by the riverwalk and across from the Hop On Hop Off bus and the boat rides. The staff was great and very helpful. A special shout out to Juan Carlos at the restaurant and Luke at the Rooftop, where the view is amazing.
