From the location to the staff everything was phenomenal. The room was small and cozy. Views were amazing. Would stay again 10/10

Loved the hotel! The room was small, but it was perfect for my daughter and me. The location was amazing—we were within walking distance of everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our overall stay was very good. The staff is excellent and really makes you feel at home. The building is well kept and maintained. Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what you receive in my opinion. You’d be best off looking elsewhere for dining. Room size is small and tight. I think this would be best suited for a single stay as opposed to a couple’s retreat. The air condition unit was producing heavy condensation and thus, heavily dripping onto the floor below. The staff did a good job of providing extra towels for this issue but it was a major inconvenience and would make me look elsewhere first when booking in Chicago again.

Overall, it is fine for a short stay if you mainly need somewhere to sleep and work for a few nights. If you are looking for comfort, good service, or an enjoyable hotel experience, I would not recommend it.

Tout est extremement propre et beins entretenue. Le personnel très gentil, Lala, au bar a su me concocter un drink sur mesure selon mes gouts, qui était délicieux. L'hotel est très coloré, très moderne, les lumières ambiante dans la chambre et la douche sont vraiment génial. Nous avons tout aimé .

The outdoor seating area is awesome. I paid for the Breakfast Buffet when I checked in. The breakfast is Lovely. They also have a bar and some picking food till about 1am. Clean rooms and Comfy bed. Will recommend.

This was one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ll definitely be staying there again soon.

Exceptional

I love these modern duper hotels and an additional pleasant atmosphere, their customer service is wonderful. We've already been to NY Miami and Seattle, and I love them.

Clean room but ac wasn’t working the best. Front desk staff wasn’t very kind and took forever

The hotel features a modern design, including an iPad that allows guests to control the room temperature and lighting. The only drawback I experienced was the bathroom layout. There was no divider between the shower and toilet areas, so each time we showered, water spread across the entire bathroom floor and took several hours to dry. This may have been related to the accessible room upgrade I received. On the positive side, the room included a comfortable king-size bed and offered a nice view. The hotel serves a European-style breakfast that is quite good, with a variety of options such as fresh fruit, eggs, potatoes, and other breakfast items. There is also an attendant available to operate the coffee machine and prepare specialty drinks, including espresso and lattes. Overall, I had a positive experience and found the hotel to be an excellent value, thanks to its affordability, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. One final thing to note is that the hotel does not offer on-site parking, but there are plenty of public parking options located within a block of the property.

The location was convenient, but the room was extremely small. The bathroom layout offered very little privacy, which made the stay uncomfortable. The $20-per-person breakfast buffet was also disappointing—the quality and selection did not justify the price.

Location was very central to all the Riverwalk activities, millenium park, and the Chicago Theater. Also, the amenities were very clean and up to date without being too overbearing. I liked the room's setup; the wall-to-wall bed was very cozy and just the right size for unwinding after a lot of walking downtown. The only thing I did not like was the parking situation, or lack thereof. Some of the public garages near it have hit-or-miss reviews. I do recommend the garage attached to the Illinois Center on E. Wacker and "Coast @ Lakeshore East" attached to the Swissotel. Not too long of a walk if you want to avoid break-ins!

Very cool common areas design and great location! Staff is super friendly and helpful The main thing that spoiled the whole experience was absolute lack of cell reception. Couldn’t call, text , do any work while at the hotel. The only option was to use unprotected wireless connection. Also the room was a bit more ran down than expected, side panels of the bed kept falling off

Although I didn’t use the amenities the room itself was honestly so cozy I would deff stay again and tell others if its a couple there’s more than enough space if you’re organized haha
