In general, the property is tired. The lighting in the room was very poor. The couches around the pool had very saggy and uncomfortable cushions. The elevators had two speeds-slow and not coming- and required the key card to move between floors and go anywhere but the lobby, even when traveling down. They were quick to want us to sign up for a pitch to buy a timeshare, however! We won't be back.

The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the bartender they know how to treat guests
-
The pool on the 5th floor with the other kids games were one of the best thing. The location is great, middle of the city 5min walk from the Navy Pier.
-
Great location-near River Walk and Navy Pier. It was clean and my room was comfy and large. I did not like that I had to leave and come home.

Vacations Club suite was very comfortable and loved having privacy and blackout retractible blinds

Site stated the room was appropriate for my 3 adult, 1 child group utilizing a sofa bed. That bed was in horrible condition. Sitting on one corner the bed almost collapsed. And while booked for 4 people, only got 3 pillows. Asked for more and told they were "out". How on earth does a hotel run out of pillows???

Excellent location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Most of all the staff were amazing!!!! With the Canadian dollar exchange price was a little more than we wanted to spend

Solid place helpful staff convenient amenities and smells lovely

I loved how spacious the room was with a seating area on the couch by the window and a dining table with chairs. Even with a king bed the room still felt big. The sink, mini fridge and microwave came in handy also! Large bathroom also with walk in shower. Clean property, clean room and accommodating staff!

I was very busy and parking was a nightmare. I didn’t like that they didn’t clean rooms every day!

So close to everything you need all within walking distance. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond for you, would highly recommend this location.

When we first walked in the hotel, it looked really nice. I am disabled therefore we cannot take public transportation. So we brought our car. We were told they were charging us eight dollars a night to park our car in the lot. Mind you the handicap parking was not marked other than very faded painting on the ground. There were no posts with the handicap sign on them. So off the bat, we could not find the handicap parking. Then on top of that you had people who were not handicap parking in those spots because I believe they could not tell it was designated handicap parking. So $16 and most of the time my husband had to drop me off at the door. Our room was very outdated. There were stains on the carpet stains on the curtains. It looked straight out of my grandma‘s house in the 80s. The room was a very good size though. The bathroom was very roomy, which made it nice. There was garbage left outside of the garbage cans in the hallways. We stayed there because I was having a procedure done in Chicago. When we came back from my procedure, our key card did not work. I was waiting in the car. My husband was going to come down and get me. Tracy at the counter was incredibly rude to him and would not help him even though he was there when we checked in. I understand my name was on the reservation, but she saw him when we checked in. She helped us check in. All in all we would not stay here again. It’s not very accommodating to those with disabilities.
