Vas room, AC was broken, lots of dust … Old

Our room was dated and the bed was not great- needed to be replaced (sank/tagged a lot on one side/ corner) and the room just felt dated. Pretty clean. The bathroom was nice! Confusion about pool. Some places say the pool/ hot tub are available, but they are not. This hotel is a great location. Parking is pricier than other properties nearby and not very convenient- we used public parking 2 blocks away. Would we return? Maybe. For the price, we'd probably end up choosing a different hot next time.

Friendly cleaning staff and front desk. Helped us with anything we needed. I will be back!

Thank you so much!

Love the location.

Great room, price, and staff! Also a great location.

Overall the hotel was nice and the location was great. The one issue that I really had was with the noise level in the rooms. The insulation and glass needs to be updated. I have stayed in a lot of large cities and this room was by far the loudest I have ever been in. For this reason I would not suggest the property and won't be staying here again when in the Chicago area.
-
Other than that, the location was excellent for exploring downtown, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. I enjoyed the room.

Best hotel on the Mag Mile. Harry Potter experience on location. Close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, Willis Tower and the River Walk. Every room is a suite. We had a great view from the 16th floor. The 667 bar is a great place for a night cap. The bartenders are amazing. They not only make great drinks but they are very knowledgeable about the area. We took their suggestions about restaurants to visit and they were spot on. The door men are super friendly and helpful. The reservation staff are really efficient at completing the check in process in a timely manner. Cleaning staff and maintenance crew do spectacular work on keeping the property clean and safe. I will definitely come back to the Omni in Chicago. (St.Patricks Day🇮🇪

Great hotel and location.

Line for the elevator was annoying. Room could use an upgrade.
-
Clean room, pullout couch was ready and good quality. Restaurant / bar proved to be really good and convenient. Staff there were very friendly. Location is excellent. Needing 2 elevators to reach your room is inconvenient, but this seems to be the standard in the area.

Rooms are large and functional. Only complaint is the elevators were not all working; as a result there could be long waits. Restaurant and bar staff were super attentive and knowledgeable.

Great location- Busy lobby
