But I have to give a special mention to the pillows — absolutely 10/10! They were incredibly soft, comfortable, and honestly some of the best hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. We slept so well and woke up feeling completely rested. Such a great experience overall. We would definitely stay at the Omni again!

Breakfast was very good. I would have liked a gift shop .

Bathroom is “dated” carpet needs to be changed furniture needs to be replaced. The price of the room isn’t comparable to other 4.5 or 5 star hotels.

Front desk staff was also amazing and so is housekeeping crew. We were thrilled with our stay and would love to stay again! I highly recommend it

Best stay experience this year . The concierge and the doormen were so helpful. The location is awesome and perfect for walking or hopping in an uber and getting anywhere down town in 5-10 min

We arrived after a long day after midnight. Security at the door was kind and helpful. The person at the desk was welcoming, informative and patient. I could not have asked for anything better with checking in. Our room was clean and well kept. The location was great and we walked to almost everything. If we're ever again in Chicago, will definitely stay here!

Great location! within walking distance to Millenium Park (if you like to walk and sightsee), Nay Pier, shops and restaurants. There is a Trader Joe's nearby too. Friendly and professional staff from valet to front desk to the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing. The breakfast was great too. Rooms large, but a bit dated. Could use a refresh. Location outstanding. Even though it’s dated, we would definitely stay again. The host (Jeni I believe) was so nice and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Lives her job.

The Omni Chicago was the best stay that I’ve ever had. The staff was very good, the property was clean, the room was serviced every day. They were happy to provide suggestions too. Absolutely would stay there again!

The staff was AMAAAZING! Shaniece and Keith were extremely helpful. Housekeeping was accommodating. Great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
