My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary. Hotel was nice & in a convenient location. The bedding in the room could’ve been more cleaner it was dingy gray. We requested fresh linen it also came the exact same way. Rooftop was very nice however, there was a private event on our last night that we weren’t made aware of until late afternoon so we couldn’t attend. We also requested a late check out & we’re simply told no after we’d spent over $2,500 in 3 days at this establishment including stay, food, drinks, leisure.

We had a wonderful experience and stay at this property. We were able to check in early. The staff were fabulous! Super friendly and helpful. The room was huge for downtown Chicago!! This location is incredible. We had a wonderful time!

Quick business trip. This was a great place with Valet parking, free breakfast, rooftop bar, and a huge room. I’m coming back Chicago and staying here.

Free breakfast & clean rooms

Definitely stay here again. Enhanced the trip with one exception of this app and hotel not synced properly for added hotel room reserved. It worked out and only one blemish on otherwise excellent stay. Thank you!!

We had cocktails at the first floor restaurant and they were really good.
