Outstanding customer service

The rooms are clean & updated. The amenities are good. We enjoyed using the indoor pool. The front desk staff was curious and helpful. EXCELLENT location, close to everything! We would definitely return again.

It was so noisy very noisy place even inside the hotel in the Alice a lot of people talking babies crying you can hear the conversations in the next room. The outside was terrible a lot of noise in the street. It was pretty bad.

Wonderful best experience I’ve had in a while will be booking again soon.

Super good location, rooms were good, easy walking to beach and downtown, loads of restaurants and shopping. A little ways from the blue line to the airport but not bad. The rooms are nice and clean. The halls are a bit outdated but we didn’t care because the room was good.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for your excellent service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, you responded with patience and genuine care. You made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

We are aware that we never placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign, expecting the room to be cleaned, but this service was never provided during our stay.

No pool available, parking too expensive, no breakfast

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for getting to all the things I was interested in seeing and visiting.

Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Seems like there are some plumbing issues as we had to switch rooms. 1st room had water coming out of the floorboards and the second room, the toilet seat was coming up. Additionally, despite a few requests housekeeping never came to clean the room. Overall decent experience but a bit pricey for the experience received.

No amenities. Pool unavailable. Zero staff in any of the “restaurants” or “lounges” as falsely advertised. Won’t return

Good facilities in great location.

The location was perfect! Close to Michigan ave, which is a major bus line, along with many stores and dining options. Also a short stroll to the Riverwalk and the red line subway. Trader Joe's is next door!

The one thing I will say is that it is in a good area on the north side. Very walkable.

Worst AC Hotel experience. I have had much better experiences with other AC Hotels. This stay damaged the brand. This hotel needs a lot of fundamentals fixed and updated.
