Reviews
-
Lobby, public areas, room and parking garage very clean.
-
Clean, and everyone there was so nice! Great location.
-
Clean, modern hotel just off Michigan Ave, close to many restaurants, stores, sites and walkable to most of downtown Chicago
-
This hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I did have to go to the front desk each day to ask for coffee for our room. The lobby seemed to be under construction (?).
-
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean - highlight of my Chicago trip. The ice machine on the 8th floor didn’t produce much ice, however the staff at the lounge happily filled my water bottle with ice!
-
The room was very comfortable and the bedding/linens were better than I expected. The breakfast was decent...not great, but definitely not bad. The highlight was the front desk staff. They went out of their way to fix a minor problem I encountered, and their solution was in the 'above and beyond' category.

It was just average to me
-
Pool wad closed 2 nights of our stay, but staff graciously comped us with breakfast and parking accommodations. Nicolas at the front desk was polite and courteous and quickly resolved the issue!
-
Fully prepaid for a room with two beds (3 travelers) but was told at check-in that none were available and the hotel had no roll-away beds. I had to try to sleep in an upright chair and got zero sleep for the night. Was told at check-in that the manager would do something to compensate us for the hotel’s mistake but nothing has been done. Want a full refund at this point.

We had a great time. They contacted every day to see if we needed anything and took care of everything we asked for. I would gladly stay there again.
-
The room was spacious and set up very nicely! The brunch breakfast was excellent for the price.

The front desk staff was wonderful, some of the best I’ve seen. Every request, and I had a few this trip, was met with a yes and a smile. The location is amazing with so much to do within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a fantastic stay!

We were placed on the 8th floor but did visit other floors to see if it was just floor 8 but it was in fact through out the entire hotel area where guest resides. Cleaning staff were perfect and helpful, breakfast was great, a step above continental. Checking in was annoying because we arrived at 2:45pm and was told we needed to wait my room was not ready yet, and then we turned at 355 our room was still not ready, but we noticed by 409 more guests was coming in with more than four people, which our group was for and was getting rooms. So I went up to the desk and had to fuss about just wanting a refund. Since there was no rooms available for The Four of Us, but other people were checking in in front of us. Then, we got our own.

Outstanding customer service

The rooms are clean & updated. The amenities are good. We enjoyed using the indoor pool. The front desk staff was curious and helpful. EXCELLENT location, close to everything! We would definitely return again.
-
It was so noisy very noisy place even inside the hotel in the Alice a lot of people talking babies crying you can hear the conversations in the next room. The outside was terrible a lot of noise in the street. It was pretty bad.
-
Wonderful best experience I’ve had in a while will be booking again soon.
-
Super good location, rooms were good, easy walking to beach and downtown, loads of restaurants and shopping. A little ways from the blue line to the airport but not bad. The rooms are nice and clean. The halls are a bit outdated but we didn’t care because the room was good.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for your excellent service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, you responded with patience and genuine care. You made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
