Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff, good free breakfast, parking garage next door. Convenient location. Affordable.

The room was much smaller than expected.

Great room in the downtown Chicago close to everything. You will hear the noice of the city and emergency vehicles. Bed was comfortable and there was a comfortable sofa in the room we had. We were in an ADA accessible room that was not all the ADA friendly. They had a button to open the door and safety bars in the bathroom, but it is a bath tub and no shower seat. The bathroom door opened in so it makes it hard to get a wheelchair or walker in the bathroom and then shut the door. Over all a good hotel but they need a person that understands ADA requirements to review there accessible rooms.

Was a good stay. Good location for exploring.

We booked a standard double through Expedia. We got a corner room with no closet and no refrigerator (which other rooms had). Property was great but room/bathroom was small. Very noisy slamming room doors.

Only complaint, room was VERY small. Really grateful for the option to have them hold our luggage before check in and after check out. Staff were very professional and kind. Location is great to walk out the door and turn any direction and be close to everything! Magnificent Mile, Beach, Navy Pier. Definitely a convenient place to stay, but VERY small room.

Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and needs, the room was small but clean and had everything you need to rest after a day of exploring. The continental breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day, and the location made it easy to get to many sights.

Also when showering the shower handle broke off and the water didn’t drain fast enough in the tub bath. Overall it was a discouraging experience at the hotel room we had.

Hotel is in a great area. The room was the smallest I have EVER stayed in…tiny. I guess I didn’t read when making reservations.

It was at very convenient location to the Riverwalk, millennium Park, the navy pier, etc.. The rooms are smaller that I am used too. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful and I was able to check in a little early. I liked the fact that I could drop off my luggage before checking in to check out the area and get some good food. The TV kept losing signal while watching, was moved to a different room a few door down.
