Nice place great staff and a great location

Nice location, shower needed to be cleaned, weirs odor in room

There was no where to park my car to check in...there was no doorman to hold the heavy doors. The valet was very helpful but not there when I showed up The front desk man was very bice. The ambulance and sirens I could hear so well while in my room trying to sleep. You need better noise cancelling windows. That's your biggest problem!

There are better hotels on the mile than this one. Staff not helpful. The hotel is smaller than it appears online in person. This hotel is not appealing..

Terrible hotel

Great central location.Walking distance to Michigan Ave, the Magnificent Mile, and the Riverwalk. The hotel rooms themselves were spacious, clean and modern. Great value for$$.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in walking distance of everything! Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms are big and clean . Wall are paper thin though. Ice machine went out for a day .The view was amazing . I will stay again if in area .

Room was spacious and comfortable. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant is pretty reasonable for downtown in a major city. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing and very helpful when checking in. When we got to the room it was on the smaller side which was not a bad thing. Would say it will need more dusting off and a deeper clean on the furniture.

Bathtub clogged, engineering called and I was simply told the tub was not clogged so had to shower with water up to my ankles. They do have a bar but it’s not well stocked. The blinds in the room don’t hang properly, they’re wonky, and have to be moved by chain. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not 3 either. Save your money and stay at a nice Hampton or Courtyard instead. This is a gross place, terrible staff.
