I had an outstanding stay at Eurostars Magnificent Mile. I was lucky enough to get an early check-in along with an upgrade, which was an amazing way to start my trip. The staff was excellent from beginning to end. I was always greeted by the front desk, and the head of security was especially great and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The attached restaurant also had great food, and the location made it easy for me to get out and explore Chicago. Overall, the hospitality really stood out. Chicago showed out, and Eurostars was a big part of that experience. I’ll absolutely be staying here again when I return.

My corner, king bed room had ceiling to floor, wrap around windows with a stunning city view that hit you as soon as you walked through the door. The only thing that I did not like was the selection of wines and the bad taste of cocktails ordered at the lobby bar. I did not get to experience the bistro or the spa, but will prioritize that in another visit to Chicago.

Great location and views, friendly staff.

Experience was great and best bed I’ve ever slept on
-
The bed sheet was dirty. One of the valet drivers scratch my vehicle
-
A very clean room, very organized, nice view, smaller than advertised, but still if booked early worth the price

Location is good and restaurant, housekeeping and checkin staff were very courteous. One valet person was very nice and one wasn’t. The hotel could use a good update and they need to have AC in hallways and elevators during the warm months.

I was nervous about the stay because I saw mixed reviews. But it was good - room was clean, beds very comfy, location great, and staff very nice, and there is room service (i saw a review that there wasn't, but it actually was delicious). I was able to store my bags after getting off a very early flight + we got a room upgrade from 1 bed to 2. Only things are: rooms are quite dark (rely on natural light and a few low-light lamps), the shower has a completely overhead nozzle (a little inconvenient when I don't want my hair to get wet), and the shower wall that divides the shower and beds is kind of see through/just foggy glass. I was traveling with family, so we had to make sure we faced away when someone was showering cause the bathroom had the most light, so any person in the shower would be quite backlit. Just kind of a weird design.

The location was great. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue where all the shops and restaurants are at. Plenty to do. The hotel was really nice. We arrived early in the morning, and they had a room available which was awesome. The guy at the front desk was so pleasant to work with. The only complaint was the constant toilet running and having to shake the handle. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The air conditioner was a bit loud when running. These were small inconveniences and not big deal breakers for us.
