ACME Hotel Chicago, Outset Collection by Hilton

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, good vibe, nice staff, GREAT room. The only minor disappointment I encountered was that we were only allowed to have one robe in the room and there were two of us, just would have made it that much better.

Traveling with my 21 yo daughter and her friend. The girls loved the atmosphere and location was great. Front desk staff were wonderful.

Fun & unique hotel with super helpful staff and conveniently located (5 minute walk to MoCA). Would definitely go back.

Great location big rooms

The sweetest staff that went above and beyond to make my trip smooth. The rooms are nice enough boutique hotel vibes. They have a nice bar and jacuzzi too! Their WiFi was down throughout the stay tho and you can’t use hotspot with the TVs so that was a bummer tho.

Room was nice. A/C had something going on with it. Room 606. Was not a fan of a shower with no door or curtain, that was just weird. Very comfortable bed. Location of the hotel was great for getting on the red line to get places or just walking around to see the sights.

Excellent hotel! The ACME Hotel Chicago is very clean, comfortable, and ideally located in the heart of the city. The location makes it easy to explore Chicago and get around to the main attractions. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was small and tidy, but definitely signs of wear and tear on the floor and bed frame. Staff was friendly, but you need to ask your room to be serviced, they don’t automatically clean your room daily. Air conditioning is a wall unit, worked pretty well. Hot tub near the gym; free coffee on the 2nd floor daily. I would stay again, the location is GREAT.

Two front desk agents were not only absolutely careless and useless, they didn’t offer any help, no calls to other hotels trying to help us and get best deals. They were just standing there with a resting b faces. Hotel looks disgusting.

The queen bed didn’t feel like true size. It was just too small for 2 people. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms can use some renovation and deep cleaning. The location has been great for being close to everything but the street has been very loud during the night.

Very cute and old school hotel. Room is small but perfect for a quick trip. Delicious coffee for free was provided. Staff very accommodating in storing our luggage. Beautiful bar and lounge.

I was very surprised by the reviews that this hotel has received on Expedia. The room that I was assigned on the 13th floor (I have never seen a 13th floor in other hotels as it is unlucky in the USA) was very small, had an interior view that was very dark with a mannequin hanging strangely in the space which was creepy. The walls in the bathroom were tile and filthy with black mold in the shower grout. The matress had completely collapsed on one side. I will not choose this hotel again for a future trip.
