Rooms were clean, hotel well maintained, breakfast was good. Hotel is in a very good location downtown.

Property was in a good location. One of the elevators were not working properly upon check in. Check in is on the 6th floor which seemed odd to us. Stairs need to be available on the first floor for those who don’t do elevators. The doors were locked from the inside. Breakfast was very good. They offered a large selection and everything tasted great! The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.

Great stay, affordable, good for the value

The room was ok clean, not the cleaning staff fault. The furnishings were old, stained, and just plain ick. Could not use the pullout sofa the mattress was so old and tattered thin and zero support, no ventilation in bathroom.

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia, limpia y en perfectas condiciones.

great location

Breakfast was really busy.

We really loved our stay in Chicago and the location is perfect. The staff at the property were excellent especially the breakfast staff BUT the rooms could use updating especially when it comes to old dirty furniture and a very very uncomfortable pullout bed. A little change there and it would definitely be five stars!

Rooms are beat up windows very thin and very noisy outside dryer was broken

The room was awful, the furniture was a type of material that you can’t clean easily or take off and wash. All of the walls had stains, I felt so gross being in there. Our pillows had make up on them, not stains, like someone slept on them and they were never washed. I stayed here because the reviews were good and I can’t figure out why. The hotel needs to be renovated, it’s just dirty and gross. I didn’t even go to the pool. We stayed one night because it was so late but we talked to the front desk and they did give us a refund and they were very nice about it. The room for three nights was $1344, for that price, I expected to at the least, have a clean room. It is in a great area but you can find a better hotel. We stayed at The Homewood suites on the west loop previously and it was very nice, I would recommend that hotel. If you value cleanliness, don’t stay here!

The location was great. The breakfast is a nice amenity. The view from the pool was awesome. But the rooms seemed really worn and not deep cleaned. Water pressure in the shower was low. I think this property could use some updating.

Daily breakfast was good. Housekeeping did a great turnover. We enjoyed using the pool and gym.

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here! The pictures of the property and rooms that you see online are NOTHING like what you will see in person. My husband and I and our 2 kids checked in, and not even 4 hours later, we left because we could not even feel comfortable setting our things down anywhere. The carpets and all of the furniture were stained. The couches had rips on the cushions. Our comforter was stained and dirty. Of course they did not refund us our money, but we decided to take the loss and check out anyway. Dont stay here

Breakfast was good and the pool was fun to have with city views!
-
Place is fairly beat, like an airport hotel. Needs an overhaul. Area is very noisy and heavily trafficked. Valet is overwhelmed. Value decent. Not terrible but unlikely to return.
-

Great hotel

Breakfast was very good. Loved the sausag and waffles
-
Not the most attractive when you enter and have to take elevator to 6th floor but after that it was just fine. Good location to base yourself in Chicago for a reasonable price
-
Very convenient to the red line and Michigan ave. Clean room and super helpful staff.
