Great hotel to stay with family

Great location to walk around the shops and to Millennium Park.

Clean room and good staff but one elevator went out while we were there. Helped the guy get out.

Great location and walking distance to many local interests like the bean, AMC theater, shopping and train.

I stay here just about every time I come to Chicago. Great location, nice staff clean rooms and the parking garage is basically attached very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The things we dislike was the mattress was too soft and so were the pillows. The pictures for the pool look deceiving so when we got there and saw how small the pool was and then when there are even 10 people in the pool it seemed very crowded. The other issue with the pool was that there were no gradual steps to get into the pool, you had to use a ladder or slide in, both of which were uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal because you are at the center of it all and there are sooo many things that you can walk to that are nearby. The friendly staff, and how helpful they were. They allowed us to check in half hour early and then when we checkout held our bags for us so that we were able to go around town some more.

The pillows and the bed were not comfortable at all and the one who attended me did not explain it to me well, I have not yet received my deposit of $200 how long does it take for

We requested and received a king size handicap room due to both of us have physical challenges. The bed was horrible. It was thin, soft and very low to the ground. We both left with achy backs. I’m a Hilton Honors holder and have been for over 20 years. I expect more from you.

Great walking distance to everything

Excellent location and a decent price

Fantastic location, walkable to all major sites. Loads of good restaurants close by , 3 mns walk to Miracle Mile and shops. Really noisy air con and even on 14th flloe noise from the street made it hard to get a good nighst sleep ( windows didnt reduce noise at all). Fire engines, car racing in the streets etc.

Loved coming in on the train to Chicago and not having to pack my shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash and these toiletries are a nice quality brand. Nice comfy bed. Clean property. Easy check-in. Appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice large lobby. Good location with a wonderful bakery on the street. Wonderful gracious and friendly bartender in the Weber grill attached to the lobby.
