the hotel was nice overall! a good place to stay and great location to the riverwalk, north downtown etc. the room itself wasn’t very soundproof hearing conversations down the hall, and our first day staff cleaned our room, they just draped our sheets back on without tucking/changing sheets out which was slightly odd if they were cleaning every other day per policy. other than that, it was a good price and location point for our location!

Property’s location was near Mag mile and approachable and public paid parking was available near by, clean room and bathroom. Spacious room with good city view. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms / housekeeping staff was bothering. Coffee maker wasn’t clean from within as when I tried to rinse it once with cold water dirty water came out from outlet

We had a great stay here. The location was excellent and made exploring downtown Chicago very easy. We could walk to many restaurants, shops, the river, and major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during our stay. We especially appreciated how convenient the hotel was for our family trip. We stayed for several nights and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Chicago.

The staff lady at the first desk wasn’t friendly. Maybe she was overwhelmed but she wasn’t in the greatest mood.
