The room was great but the front desk and any guest services were horrid. The hotel offered self service laundry but they do not sell laundry detergent and they had only one laundry machine for the whole hotel! Not only that, the dryer vent that goes out was completely clogged and we had to run the dryer for 3 hours and it was still soaking wet! The hose that connected the dryer to the outside started leaking because it was completely stuffed and had never been serviced. Clogged dryer vents are definitely a fire hazard!

The breakfast was perfect before a day exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. We loved everything.

The location was great. The breakfast was delicious. The happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a well added bonus. We were able to hang out in the space and play games with our family after a long day. The shower wasn’t the best but it did the job.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were super nice and quick cleaning up the tables at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, there was a lot of variety and made to order omelettes/egg dishes. There is also an evening reception with free snacks/drinks. It is close to the things we wanted to do such as the museum of ice cream, and within walking distance of the subway to get other places you want to go. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Good breakfast, a lot of nearby shops and convenient to walk around the magnificent mile and even near to Millenium Park Bathroom vent is filthy and the bath tub is not so clean.

Food at the Italian restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet has large selection with great food. The happy hour is a great idea but the line to receive your complicity drink is very very long. Having another bartender may help ease the congestion. Overall the hotel is fine. Clean. Comfortable beds.
