Staff were friendly, room was spotless. Breakfast options were delicious! Fantastic location, all main spots within walking distance Nothing

The hotel amenities were great. The staff was really helpful. My daughter loved the breakfast and pool. When we had an issue with our room, the staff took care of us immediately which was appreciated. The water problem that happened in our room. But three staff moved us to an exact same style room immediately upon the issue coming to their attention so no harm done.

Location & that it was a suite. The walls were so thin. You could hear everything. Very hard to sleep.

Excellent breakfast. Good cocktail hour. Very nice rooms. Lots to do nearby. Staying where our friends wanted to stay. Cost for the room and for parking, but this was a higher-class hotel in a prime big city .location. (We parked in a parking garage on the same block for a much lower price)

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. Amenities were great! Loved the evening reception and buffet breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

I liked how I could use my phone to unlock the elevator and my room and control the tv when I can’t reach the remote

room is ok. Breakfast and evening drinks are better than usual. Central location. random charges on my card month after check out. I had to open a dispute via my bank. Stay away!!

I didn't like this hotel. The staff wasn't nice, and we were given the wrong room—not the one we had reserved.

Property was at a very good location. Maintenance was very slow and front desk was not very helpful. I had a 3 yr old with me and couldn’t give him his routine bath due to drainage issues I called the front desk about on first night. They said engineer will be by but each night dirty brown water backs up into bathtub and I would have to sanitize it before running bath for my son. They finally got around to it on 4th day. Although front desk gave me 20,000 reward points it is hardly enough to justify the inconvenience and they insist there is nothing more they can do.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. Our experience was not good at all. Front office staff not customer service oriented, housekeeping only cleaned our room twice out of five nights. Our family reunion in Chicago was perfect....if we only had booked a different hotel it would have been better.
