We had some bizarre things happen, like initially getting a key to a room where another family was staying, which was extremely awkward. Also, we didn't have shampoo. However, the staff was very helpful in addressing these issues, and the remainder of the stay was great. Complementary breakfast and happy hour were great, and the pool was nice, a plus for keeping a family happy, and the room was spaceous.

It was a good stay the view , the free breakfast and if your 21 and older the two free liquor drinks are great! The location is great walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and good scenery !
-
Paid for two rooms and two nights in April for our stay in June-July for family. Our rooms were on two different floors and definitely not together. This was disappointing
-
AC wasn’t working when we stay and shampoos was not refilled
-
My only concern is better security. We unfortunately had to witness a staff member get hurt by a homeless person who managed to get in the lobby. Other than that, our experience was great!

Super limpio y todos muy amables

Great hotel in Chicago. The staff are amazing, rooms are clean, and the breakfast and daily snacks/cocktails are a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.
-
Hotel staffs were kind and helpful. Our requests were addressed on time and also Hotel provided luggage storage facilities post check out as well to make things easier for us to visit some places without having to carry our luggage.
-
Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, good rooms. We stayed 5 nights

I’d skip this hotel with so many comparable options nearby. The beds were not comfortable, they gave our family of four only two towels. When I asked for sheets for the sofa bed I was given exactly one sheet. No crib was available our first night. The breakfast went quickly and was very chaotic. The floor of the pool is uneven. It just doesn’t seem very well maintained.

Location is great, breakfast was amazing and 5:30 snacks and drinks were great bonuses 👍 Very recommended!!! Parking is very hard to find and it’s $79 per night at the hotel!!

No hay wifi, te cobran hasta por respirar

The pool was dated and extremely small. The room was fantastic and a great location to hop on the train. The staff were all super nice. The biggest issue was getting onto the elevators. We had small kids so needed to take our stroller on it but it was usually packed to get on on our floor. It was easiest to ride it going up when you needed to go down. And go to the garage level when you needed to go up to your floor.

Excellent location. You don't need any vehicle to explore all the nearby tourist attractions. You can simply take a walk. Good breakfast. Lot of options. It's an old property however well maintained. Overall a good stay.

heavily crowded and AC dosent work also phone dosent work. not so good for the amount spent
-
We enjoyed our stay, cocktail hour, and breakfast. Room and grounds were clean. Staff were nice and polite. I have never been disappointed staying at any of the properties no matter what city I have visited.
-
Checking in was a disaster. Only had two people working the lines and one was going back to grab bags. Extremely inefficient and frustrating.

breakfast is just ok. Room is outdated. Bathroom door meds fixing. Toilet bowl smells. Not enough towels. Front desk does not answer phone.
-
Closing breakfast at 9:30am should be addressed as too many people on the line and few tables to seat
