The pool was cold ❄️, and the air in the pool area was quite chilly. Kids were not able to enjoy it.

Property was a great location, but room was underwhelming. Beds were small and the room was only cleaned once in 3 day stay. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths daily because we didn't have enough.

A great hotel for families visiting Chicago, the property is close to many sites. We also appreciated the daily breakfast and evening reception.

Clean room. Central air conditioning. The free daily breakfast was incredible. They also had a free daily happy hour. The gym was nice and empty most of the time. Location was very central with a train a block away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had an awesome time staying here. He only one hotel that let me feel like a big family. During daytimes. Everyone likes to stay in the Mazz level to gathering. That’s very sweet. And they also provide drinks for each adult which is amazing!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! During the evening you even get 2 free drinks per night and they always have snacks. The whole property was very clean. The only issue was we were on the 10th floor and the AC didn’t cool down the room as much as we would have liked. Other than that our stay was wonderful and we plan to stay again when in Chicago.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean. Our room was adjacent to the parking garage and possibly where the dumpsters are located because it got pretty loud in the middle of the night. Other than that the hotel was great!

Way way way over priced. Good location for what we needed to do. Breakfast and happy hour food not good at at all.

I spoke to the manager and they did nothing about it. When we checked out, I tried to speak to a manager again but nobody was there to discuss the issue.

We enjoyed the location, the free breakfast, and weekday happy hour. We were in a spacious room. Breakfast is great and included an omelette station but because the hotel is huge, there were long lines. Get there before 8 if you’d like to avoid the lines. Also, the breakfast ends promptly at 9:30. I saw some reviewers who didn’t like that, but honestly, I don’t blame them. One staff member said they’re making breakfast for 1,100 guests and it’s not even peak season. Hotel was near metro, and within walking distance of the river walk. We would definitely stay here again. The drinks for happy hour were delicious (they didn’t skim on alcohol) and the snacks were great to tide you over until dinner. Wonderful experience
