The Neighborhood Hotel - Lincoln Park

The apartment was clean and well located. There is no elevator and the 4th rooms are a bit of a hike.

A beautiful hotel. The room was very clean easy to access the building. Everything we needed was available. In a beautiful neighborhood.

The location is awesome. You are right in the center of Lincoln Park. We stayed here specifically for the location as my son was getting married and he lives in Lincoln Park just about 2 blocks away. You are close to everything. The check in and check out process is great. We reserved the 3 bedroom penthouse. This was for a very special occasion. My son was getting married and the groomsmen were all going to get dressed here. When we did the on line check in they told us we would only have a 2 bedroom on the second floor. When we told them that was wrong they said it wasn't. We were charged for the 3 bedroom penthouse and they gave us a huge run around about getting refunded. They said the 3 bedroom was no longer available and there was nothing they could do. When we contacted Booking.com they tried to be helpful, they offered us a room at another property that was much further away. Because we wanted to be able to walk to my sons house we were stuck. We paid nearly $4000 for 5 nights. We then had to fight to get any money back and still only got $1600 back after they ruined a once in a lifetime event. No one made it right for us and they just put the money back on my credit card with out even telling me. It was terrible both Booking.com and the property blamed each other and we were just left with the aftermath. Both admitted it was not our fault but then treated us as if it were. I had to contact them several times and the property just kept putting me off and Booking.com never responded. This was one of the worst experiences I have had making travel plans. I wish the property had been more helpful because it is so close to my sons house and we go to Chicago several times a year. After this experience I do not think that I will go back. Also, our apartment on the second floor was just feet away from the Weiner's Circle. It was loud and rowdy at night. Not great when you want to get some sleep before a big event. Also on our last night 6/29/26 there was an armed robbery at 1:24 am right in front of the building.

The space was large and very clean and the management company did send a maintenance person but they did not fix the AC problem. My unit was on the 4th floor and I should have known that there were no elevators but I wasn't happy about having to haul my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. I could not recommend this facility and would never stay here again.

This is a wonderful property in Chicago. Excellent Lincoln Park location. Walked to Wrigley and the Lincoln Park Zoo. Very cute and well equipped! Subtle Ferris Bueller theme in the building,which I loved. Comfy beds. 2 bathrooms and laundry were a huge plus. We found free street parking around the corner for 2 days. The only issue was the noise at night. After 11pm, the motorcycles and loud rap music come out. Even with a sound machine and the sound of the AC on Tues and Wed nights, it was tough to fall asleep. Not sure if it's a summer thing, but it would not deter me from staying there again.

Great stay for a group or for a solo travel like I did. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable stay.

Very pleasant environment in the suite we rented… HVAC was a little loud in the living room, especially, but we figured it out overtime. Definitely need to be in shape to walk up three flights, but very pleasant overall in the space! Excellent amenities provided, could use one or two more towels, probably. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay and exactly what we needed. Instructions were clear and everything we needed was marked. Beds were cozy and spacious. Only thing (not enough to lower my rating) is there was more pet fur from previous tenants on a lot of the furniture—especially the more velvet chairs—than we were expecting. The chairs could use a good washing/spot cleaning too. Also, the shower pressure in the primary bath was lower. However, we really enjoyed this stay and would come again!

Location is very ideal. Virtual staff was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. You have an "VRBO" or "AirBNB" experience with this place - amenities, privacy, location - but also gives you a hotel experience. Check-out instructions were: "just leave the place reasonably tidy" and let us know if you need anything else. There's some construction going on next door so daytime noise will be reasonably louder. But that's part of the city charm. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown. Many small independent neighbourhood restaurants, cafes, bars, even a blues venue, nearby. A park big enough for a run two blocks away. A few blocks away from the lake and its sidewalk. The interior design of the flat is impecable. Clean, easy access, prompt response to requests, well equipped. 5+ stars.

It was quiet and clean. Definitely a place we will rent in the future.

Warning, no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. That wasn’t a problem for our party though and we absolutely loved our stay here! The two bedroom apartment was nicely updated, but maintained some of its original charm with high ceilings and big windows. It was clean with comfortable beds, kitchen, and living room. The neighborhood was walkable with good restaurants. Target just up the street. We’ve visited Chicago many times and really enjoyed the neighborhood vibe here. Would 100% stay at this hotel again.

Excelente ubicación, precio vs calidad inigualable. Definitivamente me quedaria nuevamente en este hotel si regreso a Chicago. Muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas a la redonda.

The rooms were very clean. The place had everything I needed – laundry pods, cooking utensils, and even cleaning supplies.
