Room was very dark, aircon unit wasn't great, broken hairdryer was never replaced and keycards died very easily

Excellent location!

Cute older hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is older so taking that into consideration know the elevator is small, parking is elsewhere, if you have a lot of stuff it will take several trips. That being said staff was very helpful in making it as easy as possible. Location is good for Wrigley stadium.

We like older hotels with character and this one was a great place to stay for our trip to Chicago. Easy walk to Wrigley Field, the L, and neighborhood coffee shops. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour hot water and coffee in the lobby.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking a half block away was expensive and not affiliated with the hotel. Room was older and ac unit was only in the living area, not in the bedroom area. We left our room at 8:30 am, maid came at 3:15pm. Sink in bathroom had a big crack in it, no ventilation or ac and fluorescent overhead light. Those all need updating. Couch and beds were comfy. Our windows looked out on a brick wall of the building next to us maybe 2 feet away. Elevator is small. Recommend just for a place to sleep, not to spend a lot of time in the room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Walkable to Wrigley. Would stay there again!

I was very impressed with the facility and it's operation. In fact, I had my best slumber with their bedding. The location was excellent.

Stayed 1 night, 2 adults. Not the typical chain hotel. Lots of charm! Located in a nice area. Easy garage parking nearby at reasonable rate. Very clean common spaces. Desk staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful, which we appreciated greatly. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints, and we plan to return.

If it was not the proximity to Wrigley we would have never stayed here. Really an old hotel that has had some type of refresh

The front desk woman (I wish I caught her name) was so helpful and sweet! I really appreciated her willing to help us out and hold our bags and call us when our room was ready. Room was nice too, a little cramped but enough for what we needed.

Small elevator.

-staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me.

The hotel was in a great location to attend the Wrigley Field games. The parking garage down the street was perfect.
