Location and hotel standards During high demand bookings rates are unaffordable.

Overall, it was a great experience. My only complaint is that both beds mattresses leaned down towards where you lay your head, which was uncomfortable. Never had a bed mattress lean that way in a hotel before.

The stay at the Hawthorn was very pleasant. Rooms were clean the staff was helpful and polite.

Great location. Comfortable. Clean My main complaint - room service sprayed a scent in the room that was TOO MUCH. unnecessary and very offensive especially to those who have sensitivities to strong odors.

Hotel is really cute and in a nice location. Lots of restaurants and bars all in walking distance, front desk staff was lovely and helpful in giving recommendations on where to go. Loved that hotel is pet friendly, beds were super comfortable. Will stay here again when I am in the area.
