Parking is not included in room price but typical for the city. It is right next door so very convenient. They offer additional parking to accommodate after checkout, perfect to cover game day! Hotel was great and close walking distance to Wrigley. Very nice patio! Staff amazing! Without a doubt will return to stay again!

I didn’t like the fact there was no maid service.
-
Charming place. Parking lot right next to hotel. Room clean.
-
Parking was convenient and the staff were super friendly.
-
Clean room, staff, Breakfast & parking always great!
-
Place was convenient to cubs game..in a secure area..but way way overpriced for a 3 star hotel..if this was on the highway not near the stadium. They would charge half or even less..also if your in a nice area with those prices you definitely need to really raise your game on the breakfast..very underwhelming..but clean and friendly.

This is in great location in Lakeview East near the lgbtq amenities and the Cubs stadium. It's just too expensive. Also the staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient. I appreciate that they allow pets and that they have parking, but not free. They only clean rooms every other day, and premium coffee is not free. Also you can hear noise coming from the hallway.

Great location and parking was so easy.
-
Great location for activities at wrigley. Staff was helpful and very pleasant.

The building was beautiful, and the room was spacious; however, there was a lingering, unpleasant odor in the hallways. The biggest thing that stood out was how unpleasant the front desk workers were (all except one when we checked out) -- everything we asked for felt like an inconvenience, even simply checking in. Overall, the location was great, but the unfriendly staff makes me less likely to stay again.

The room was clean. Access to all the restraunts and sites were convenient. Great location

The room was nice sized. Comfortable king size bed. Lots of pillows. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was average but did have a lot of options.

If you stay at Hawthorn Terrace be prepared for doors slamming all hours of the night. Especially if you’re stuck on the floor. The staff closets and small breakfast room are there. Very annoying the way they stand out side the rooms talking and as I said slamming doors as they bring carts out. For the price there are way better experiences. I like to stay there because it’s close to my daughter’s house but next time will probably look into a different place. Just not worth the price.

Amazing hotel stay! It was very clean, and the staff was super nice. We had no issues whatsoever. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to try any of the other amenities besides breakfast, but breakfast was great. The area was very clean, had lots of options, and was probably what you'd expect from a typical hotel breakfast.
-
staff at front counter was not rude. it not pleasant. just I would say indifferent.
-
Great location if you’re going to Wrigley. We dropped off our bags, got a parking pass, and took the short walk to Wrigley. Parking is conveniently located next to Hotel. We checked in after the game. The room was a good size, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a Hotel. The neighborhood feels safe, and there is a host of Restaurants and Bars nearby. They serve a real nice continental Breakfast. We enjoyed Breakfast on the shaded patio in front of the property. Great stay!

Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, helpful staff. Good location. Parking.
-
Fun location. Nice room.

Parking is 49 per night. That should be explicit. It is not. It only says self park available. There is not a breakfast buffet. There is a breakfast area the size of a closet that only 2 people can be in comfortably and everyone else waits in the hall leading to rooms. Very inconvenient and odd.
