The Majestic Hotel

No amenities especially what your paying. Rooms were very small, no additional seating only a bed. No counter space. Not even coffee in the room. Would not stay here again

Loved the decor

Loved this little place of Chicago charm! Quiet cute building stayed a night and maybe seen 2 other people. Our room was cleaned and filled with fair priced snacks and drinks and had all of the baseball vibes with cub memorabilia a 17 minute walk to Wrigley. Was hard to find a spot in front of hotel to check in, but once done so parking was right around the corner-valet style 30$ a night which is half the price of other garages around the area. Safe and clean neighborhood! This will be our regular when returning to this side of town.

Very easy check in and parking. Clean room. Very clean bathroom. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Stayed with children during summer time. While not brand new, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic. Parking is offsite at another property nearby, which was fine but took some time to retrieve vehicle for use when needed. Stayed during July heat wave and air conditioning was great. Amazing proximity to nearby beaches, restaurants and to Wrigley. Would stay again!

Older property but clean and very close to Wrigley Field!

Quaint! But AC is still the old style of air units and the common area: stairs, etc. carpeting almost looks like they're as old as Cubbies. Appreciate the nostalgia and antiques, memorabilia but, at these "surge" prices, let's give it a good overhaul and make it fresh and clean! The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were adorable. I say the staff and good coffee make up for a lot!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was private parking which was a relief considering how many cars were on the street at any given time.

Great location. Nice staff. Old room. Rain leaking into the room through window frame. Closet bar bracket fell off the wall which was repaired by maintenance quickly.

Clean room

The room was small and many fixtures were worn. For instance, the wallpaper in the room was damaged and the luggage rack was discolored from wear and tear.

The hotel and rooms are clean and very presentable and the staff is very nice & helpful. The place does have a certain old charm. The elevator, while functional, wasn't really very useful because it's tiny, so we used the stairs. A bit disappointed there wasn't a continental breakfast. They did have free coffee but nothing more. Overall, a nice place to stay with a 10-15 minute walk to Wrigley.
