The Willows Hotel

Conveniently located in the Lakeview East neighborhood on a quiet street. The price was a bit steep for what I received. Small room with a window-unit A/C. I even received a discounted price and felt that the cost to value wasn't quite there. If you need a place to sleep and you don't have a choice to drive 10 minutes drive from other options, this will work.

Close to restaurants and shopping

Close to everything in the Lincoln Park area! Would definitely stay again.

The location is wonderful within walking distance of Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park Zoo and the restaurants on North Broadway. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable.

My son and I were very pleased with The Willows Hotel! It was very cute and the staff was friendly! We had a room with two queen sized beds. I was very impressed there were ceiling fans over each of the beds. We had all of the amenities that we needed. We did not require maid service during our visit, but we were able to get additional towels when we needed them.

Great location, rooms are old and bathrooms are terrible.

Staff were friendly and welcoming! The room was larger than expected and stocked with drinks, snack, and a menu with pricing. Everything was clean and toiletries were stocked. Very kitsch and fun decor in the rooms and common spaces. Convenient parking options nearby.

This hotel is traditional, old style in room, bed and utilities. But it nice enough to be cleaned. Location is excellent near cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The location of the WIllows Hotel is fantastic. It is in a vibrant part of Chicago, near the lake with many restaurants and cafes and businesses nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself, while charming and old, is also very tired and is in need of renovations to justify the price of a room.

Loved staying here. Staff was wonderful, rooms were great, and it's a great location for going to see the Cubs at Wrigley. Would book again.

The only good thing about this Hotel was the location.

Be warned they don't do housekeeping everyday, but it can be requested at the desk.

The hotel was old but very well maintained. It had a quaint atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location! We were able to walk around and feel safe and walked to wrigleyville.

I was not aware that my room was not larger than two feet on each side of a twin bed. Very disappointing when I saw another room I paid the same price for that was nearly twice the size. We had to put our suitcase on the minibar. Maybe okay for one. Great service, especially attentiveness from the staff.

So cozy. We felt like we went back in time. And very clean!!!
