Convenient location to Wrigley and surrounding bars/restaurants. Not having staff was inconvenient as it’s unclear how to get in to the building as it’s locked. Only saw one worker who was managing everything on a Cubs game day. Would stay again knowing what I do now but as a first timer it was challenging and not like most hotel experiences.

The rooms were nice and clean

The biggest challenge was check-in. If you book through a third-party site like Hotels.com, you may not receive all of the property's messages. The process requires completing a pre-check-in form, then another link sent by text where you upload a photo of your driver's license, take a selfie, and provide a credit card for incidentals. Once approved, you're texted a lockbox number and code to retrieve your room key. In our case, the property never received our pre-check-in form, and calling the front desk only resulted in endless ringing because there is no one onsite. It was frustrating. However, once we established communication by text, everything went smoothly. Now that I understand how the remote check-in process works, I would stay here again because of the cleanliness, value, and convenience to Wrigley Field. However gets a 2 star rating.

I arrived at check in for my reservation to be told that they had cancelled my stay. I let the lady know that my email said I had until 10 pm to complete the digital check in. We was in town for the college orientation at Loyola University and had been busy all day. There was no other offers made to assist me in the reservation. Very disappointed and any time we come to town to visit our daughter we will never consider this hotel.

Surprisingly cool place close to Wrigley Field. The rooms are modern and sleek with an authentic feel and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely be staying there for every future Cubs game!

Great stay

Perfect location for catching a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the field and in the middle of all the action. When you are done with the action and want to rest, the room was nice and quiet. I would have preferred coffee in the room for the morning, but there was a nice self serving coffee bar in the lobby.

No staff present or parking had to park a mile a away

For a game at Wrigley Field, the Wrigleyville location is hard to beat — aside from some possible buyer’s remorse (the notice after booking that the property is completely self-check-in and not staffed, the warnings in other reviews about keys not working and extra charges) our stay was actually great. There was a front desk attendant during our stay, I suspect because of the Cubs game, and they were friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a balcony and took our dog with us and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Would recommend but def do some reading to make sure it will work for your needs.
