Everything whent fine
-
Made us wait outside until it was convenient for them to give a code to the doors

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Other reviews comment on there being noise at night - yes, you’re staying on the main strip in Wrigley so there will be some noise but we (family of four) didn’t have any problems sleeping. Super convenient location to Wrigley.

Everything was good except that it was a hassle getting into the building and not really good communication on how to get access. I ended up dojng pre check-in on three locations the third time was while I was on the phone with the company. If they fix that problem I was give them. 4.5

Water bottles were not available room, room go pier Marquette let’s go down here. Yes, let’s go. We got mine. I got you. I got your purse. Yeah I do I do

Great location to see a game at Wrigley. But be aware that this is more like an Airbnb set up. There's no front desk 24/7. Help is only available via text. Just be aware that this is not a full-blown hotel and you will be fine. Room was clean and I loved the baseball theme throughout. I'd totally come back. It seems like the restaurant downstairs and next door is connected but they are not. Totally separate. Even the wait staff there said that they get lots of people complaining to them because they are the only ones around (no front desk). But they can't help because they are not affiliated. Go in knowing this and you will have a great experience.

Yeah, a buddy and I went to a game at Wrigley and so glad we found this place because it was just perfect. We had a nice window view and short walk to the stadium. The beds were comfortable and the shower was strong. They gave us two free beers tickets when we checked in. I think for the price, location and the room-It’s amazing.

Noisy and not so helpful staff. Total i paid for my stay was more than advertised through booking. Was very disappointed about that.
-
Perfect location to stay for a Cubs game. Tons and tons of dining options.
-
Located close to ballpark- otherwise it was just average
-
No tan buena

Great little hotel in a great area. All the basics, but limited amenities. Also, no shampoo/conditioner or body wash…
-
Before you can get your key and code you have to make sure you upload your drivers license and payment card to the link they send you and the person who answers the phone doesn’t speak great English and is not very friendly and if you don’t understand what she is saying she will hang up on you we waited outside an hour trying to figure out how to get in.

No staff, and the room smelled like an animal had been there recently

One of the biggest surprises was that when I asked to have our room serviced after the second night, I was told it would cost an additional $35. When I book a hotel, I expect basic housekeeping to be included, especially during a multi-night stay. The hotel also charges a $50 daily resort fee, but there didn’t seem to be any meaningful amenities to justify it. It felt like an unnecessary extra charge. The room itself had some issues as well. The bathroom door didn’t fully close or lock, which made it difficult to have any privacy. There was also no body lotion provided, which is a small touch but something I generally expect from a hotel. Another concern was staffing. There only seemed to be staff available for a few hours each day, so if you needed assistance in the evening or overnight, it wasn’t clear who you could contact. On our departure day, there was also no one available to store our luggage, which made it inconvenient to enjoy the city before our flight. The location was definitely the best part of our stay, but between the unexpected housekeeping charge, the high resort fee with few benefits, lack of privacy in the room, minimal staffing, and limited guest services, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The property was very convenient to the ball park and restaurants
-
Was promised someone would be available to check-in luggage on 2 separate occasions. That did not happen! If remote management is your thing, this place is fine. Not for me!

Ok

Had a great stay here. Loved the lobby music. So close to Wrigley field. Will be coming back sure

Nice hotel but no staff on property. Everything‘s done virtually.
