The worker was super sweet and helpful. The shower was broken and sprayed everywhere

Everything was good, but I was not thrilled with the bedding. They didn't have actual blankets. They got quite cold even without the AC going and was not a comfortable night. They need better blankets.

Quiet and the breakfast was decent. No hot water or liquid soap. Possibly had bed bugs. Room had a bad smell.

The staff was professional and did their best to accomodate our requests. The breakfast room was bright and clean. The staff kept it well stocked. the light over the sink in the restroom area did not stay on and went on and off throughout the first night. The next day as we were getting ready for a wedding, the light went off every 5 mins as I was attempting to apply makeup and fix my hair. It was very frustrating. Maintainance personnel came by to look at it and was not able to correct. The switch was not the proper switch for that light. Also, the shower only ran while in the hot position. When we tried to adjust temperature to cool, water turned off. I appreciated that the staff listened to my complaints.

The room was HUGE and beautiful. The wet bar was very fancy. The cable was good — except abc didn’t work in the middle of the night and World News Now! Is my favorite show. The bed was fantastic. The linens and pillows were very good. Breakfast stopped serving at 9am — that’s too early for vacation — so I didn’t go. No grab bar in the shower & it was treacherous. When I very politely and nicely requested late check-out (only a half hour); the front desk woman was borderline RUDE. When I thanked her, she just said, “Uh, huh.”

Amazing view, excellent accomodations

Both the AC and the freezer were broken. The AC had a weird sign on it explaining to not set it below 65 and that it takes to cool off and only move it 2 degrees at a time... This is code for we know this is broken but we're not doing anything about it. The room was probably 85 degrees. Elevator was in rough shape, hallways were dingy. The pictures online made this place look way better than it is.

Very nice place, elevator kept breaking! Good thing it was only 3 floors. The beds were very comfortable, I slept great.
