Motel 6 Chico, CA

Only 1 ice machine on the property and it was broken. Horrible Never will stay there again! The homeless have better accommodations on the street than moral 6 offers their guests.

the pool was closed in July! it had pipe problem for 3 weeks, one reason i picked this place. Oh, and 40 feet from the freeway....early morning noise!

Room was dirty and bathroom smelled like urine. Room smelled even with using febreeze.

I have a cat, so I book an accessible room which gives me plenty of room to place the litter box within the large bathroom. The only drawback is in having an ensuite shower that makes the floor wet requiring wiping down the floor after taking a shower. If you like bright lights bring your own 100 Watt LED light bulb to place in the light fixtures because the ones that are present do not provide same quality of light The bedspread was stained and had burn holes

Friendly staff casual dwellings positive experience no issues, low cost weekly rates 500.

I love the pool is always clean, grounds are kept up they don't charge for my pets, they are very nice staff. The house keeping is great . I recommend staying when your in need of a place to stay don't want to be over charged or treated badly.

For one I wasn't even able to check in after paying a so called "Deposit of $43.47" on here, and instead of charging everything all at once, (Deposit and room cost) it processed the deposit online and then had me paying the rest in person at the hotel. Problem is, is that I paid using through Expedia using a virtual debit card. And didn't have any cash. Well, the hotel doesn't accept virtual debit cards. So I wasn't able to check in. Asked Expedia customer support to cancell the booking, and was told it would cost a total of 92 dollars and some change. Got charged, but the booking never got cancelled.......not a happy customer of either the hotel, nor Expedia.......

The freezer was large There were three cockroaches The door and door frame need replacement there was a large gap and sometimes would not close

On top of that, the front desk staff was not helpful or accommodating when concerns were brought up. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Location, price.

My stay at this motel 6 was about as expected. Though I didn’t use it, the pool area looked great. The room was as expected. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The only real negative was the noise. We could hear people’s conversations as they walked by. Loud vehicles on nearby Hwy. 99 woke us up. Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was decent.

location bathroom faucet needed repair, no hair dryer, no tissue, no breakfast, $200 for one night!
