Loved my stay here! Really quaint and quiet place to stay. In the heart of Downtown Chico. I walked everywhere! Excellent staff, and wonderful restaurant!

Hotel Diamond is a very nice place to stay and in a very convenient location. The elevated door can be problematic at times. Hopefully, they get that fixed.

Food was good at restaurant. However, you need some gluten free options or accomodations. I ended up ordering the hamburger but had to go get my own gluten free bread All restaurants now do some GF options - I am celiac See above

The restaurant at the hotel, The Grill, is the best place I’ve eaten in a long time. Fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. I have a black pepper allergy and they were able to accommodate me no problem. The food was beyond good and the dessert made me swoon. My entire stay was lovely. I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful reception at check-in. Comfortable room and beds/linens. Nice restaurant with good service. Staff in the morning were involved with each other and never acknowledged us until we stood in front of them several minutes. Would love to have had fresh coffee at 7:00; had to go to coffee shop nearby.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The drinks at the bar are tasty and overall a great place to stay when visiting Chico.

Great downtown location. Room was spotless also bathroom. Loved the liquid hand soap and lotion in a good size container. Provided makeup remover 🙂. The breakfast menu looked excellent but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage. Committed to joining relatives elsewhere. Had a delish lemon drop at the bar. Young bartender personable and fun to visit with. Will stay again.
