Great downtown location. Room was spotless also bathroom. Loved the liquid hand soap and lotion in a good size container. Provided makeup remover 🙂. The breakfast menu looked excellent but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage. Committed to joining relatives elsewhere. Had a delish lemon drop at the bar. Young bartender personable and fun to visit with. Will stay again.

Fine hotel in the center of Chico. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean. Good coffee in lobby. Walk to everything in town. Easy parking. Would stay again.

The second night we were moved to 220 because the AC on that entire side of the hallway went out for every room and needed a replacement part. We slept well the second night. We were refunded $109 after asking twice, and the manager did not bother coming out to speak with us. While everything else about Hotel Diamond was a great experience, I don’t know that we’ll go back after this.

Always my got to in Chico. Fantastic rooms and prime for walking everywhere.

All about location. Right downtown Chico. Always a good stay at the Diamond. Full breakfast included. Coffee was real good.

I have stayed here many times over the years and our experience is always a good one. Within walking distance to a lot of local spots and the attached restaurant is always a plus, I look forward to my next stay.

A really nice hotel with very "English" styled rooms, lovely staff, nice atmosphere, and great location. Sadly, I was stuck in traffic and arrived really late, so I was unable to enjoy a nice G&T and meal, but the breakfast was great! As a Brit, it really reminded me of a nice country hotel.
