Property in poor repair. Dingy, worn and very uncomfortable mattress.

Room smelled terrible, including air blowing from AC. Crack between the door to outside, all kids of critters coming in. Walls were damaged, gang writing in the dresser. Would not stay here again unless upgrades were made.

Homeless everywhere on the property uncomfortable mattress, you can feel mattress Spring poking your ribs, can’t sleep whole night homeless making noise around the property, swimming full full of dry leaves with mold around the wall. The dirtiest place I ever seen in my life. I think the room they gave me worth just $30 for night, my feet were turn into black mistakenly walk on floor bare foot. I need my refund the price I paid I dint get it.

Considering that I paid almost three times the regular rate because it was graduation weekend I was not happy!

I called this place like 21 times in one day and no answer.

“I was very disappointed with this stay. The entire hotel and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The odor was overwhelming and made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. The area around the hotel also felt unsafe, with a large number of homeless people nearby causing noise and disturbances throughout the day and night. Overall, the experience did not feel clean, comfortable, or secure, and I would not choose to stay here again.”

The Staff is so helpful and very interactive. If i am around chico again as its in a really great location. I would say i will prefer staying here again as its decent at its best. Didn't use wifi but was given an option of free wifi. Offered free breakfast, but didn't use it as ihad to leave early. The room is clean and very decent for the value. The staff was very helpful with instructions starting from parking to check-in. And took inputs if there are any changes needed to make to improve the hotel and services. The hotel is under new ownership, will need time to renovate the place. That would attract more people and keep it busy in a really good location.

Honestly it looks nothing like it does online the staff weren't that great my key wasn't working for me to get in my room and the staff thought it was funny when it wasn't their doors dont even lock that great I was afraid it was just me and my kids for my grandma's services my husband couldn't make it I didnt feel safe at all and my kids didnt either I wont be staying there anymore

The staff was nice and the location was walking distance to everything Sketchy people in the parking lot the whole time, rooms felt very dirty

Just don't book here. Collin (front desk) was *awesome* (I mean that very seriously - give that guy a raise!). Our room, however, was not. "Black water" burbled up through our sink 15 minutes after we arrived and we checked out immediately.

Oh well maybe directions to use coffee maker- I was clueless and gave up and made hot water for tea.

the room was very dirty, we went to Wal-Mart and bought sleeping bags so we wouldn't have to lie on dirty sheets the floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it

Nothing, they verbally agreed to give us our money back and have since ghosted both me and booking.com The rooms were not well kept, the staff was not helpful, the pool was green. The non smoking room beds had ash burns on the blankets
