Quality Inn Chico

Excellent customer service so February friendly!

The front desk staff was the best and the greatest on information and help the maintenance ladies was very helpful to barely speak English, but was very helpful and learning how to speak English too our recommend this hotel and it’s easy access downtown

Parking was a premium when we stayed and the property could use a little love, but worked great for our needs.

Great staff and wonderful (basic) breakfast! Parking was limited on site, but the had close by options

I got a deal on the room but the room was back in hallway, no sun light to room. Not the room I get when I have stayed there before. But they knocked off $30 to $40 that I typically pay when I stay there. So I guess I can't complain I guess.

The location was great.. within walking distance of everything downtown Chico. The thing that surprised me the most was when I closed the door of the hotel room, I couldn't hear anything else from Outside. VERY QUIET. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent. Good quality for the price. I paid.

Clean room . First front desk staff was wonderful! Welcoming and pleasant! The last front desk person was not helpful at all. They should have a late check out rate.

Very clean room near downtown. Lots of stuff around that you could walk too. Nice stay.

.

Parking lot was very cramped. Other guest were very noisy out in the parking lot until very late. It was hard to sleep.

we liked it

Very Satisfied with the room condition, clean and nice. Outside bldg looks a little dated and parking spots are on the small side for a lot of them. Excellent for the price, would stay there again.

Hotel room was very clean & staf is very friendly. Had breakfast included & had the basics : bread, cereal, yogurt, waffles & coffee which I happily appreciated.

Clean room, nice shower, comfy beds. Easy check in

We’ve stayed here a handful of times over the last couple of years while doing some renovations on a house in Chico. This Quality Inn is consistently clean and comfortable, and works out well for us. I haven’t had to deal with the staff other than just checking in. And we haven’t tried the breakfast. But for the price, it’s definitely consistently dependable. The only thing we didn’t like this time was the scent with whatever they had cleaned the room with. We hadn’t noticed that before.

Breakfast offering is a bit weak but at least there is something.

FFor the number of units at the facility, the number of parking places can be very tight.

Great location and price. Rooms could be a little bit better maintained. If you want a great price and walking distance to Chico State and downtown and Schuberts ice cream I would stay here.

Floor was dirty

Great location. Within minutes of Downtown restaurants and farmer’s market. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Fairly modern and well kept. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice amenities and the breakfast was fair! Our room smelled like marijuana the entire time, but our second room next door smelled fine and clean. Also, the carpets are very dirty, hence why they keep them black. Walking barefoot for an hour on it leaves your feet black. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom (means there’s more…) and ants on ceiling in shower.
