We always stay here when visiting family which is several times a year. Every time we are please with the room, the property, the staff, the continental breakfast and location. The bed and pillows are comfy, the room is quiet and nice to have the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They have accommodated early check in. The ONLY negative is the coffee served at the breakfast and orange juice very watered down. 5 stars either way.

Terri was amazing. So helpful, cheerful, friendly!! The room was very nice as well. Was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shops.

Stayed here twice with grandson, specifically for the pool which was clean. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Will stay again.

Great value and location inside Chico. I didn't realize this was used for many constuction workers. With their large trucks it made the parking a real problem as there wasn't any. Additionally, our room was on the bottom floor. The person above us was very loud for 30+ minutes at 1:30 in the morning. The noise between floors and parking has now prompted me to choose to another place to stay, regardless of pricing.

Everything about my short stay was GREAT!!! Terrie, or Teri, or Terie, ( I.m not sure on the spelling) made checking in and checking out fast, friendly, and informative! The room was clean and nicely appointed! The place was quiet and close to several resturants and even an ice cream shop! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the location downtown was great for walking around to restaurants and the Farmer's Market. The room was clean, but we had sugar ants that were a problem with keeping them out of our food. We had to hang our food in the closet.

The free parking was convenient, and while I didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, I appreciated that it was available. The location was one of the highlights. It's within easy walking distance of downtown, making it simple to explore the area without having to drive. It was extremely hot during my visit, but the air conditioner did a good job keeping the room comfortable. It takes a little while to cool the entire room, so I'd recommend leaving it on while you're out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the DirecTV service offered plenty of channels, including HBO, which was a nice bonus. My only real complaint was the electrical outlet next to the sink, which had a very bright built-in night light that couldn't be turned off. I like to sleep in a completely dark room, so I ended up propping a pillow on the chair to block the light. One thing to keep in mind if you're staying on a weekend is that the parking lot fills up later in the evening. If you plan on going out at night, you may want to walk or use a rideshare instead of moving your car. The good news is that the lot clears out by morning. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located hotel with convenient amenities, and I'd happily stay here again!

Everything was pretty good. When we were arrived, they had to check to see if a room we had booked was ready. We arrived a couple hours after the early check-in time, but there was a room available. The room was fine. No complaints. Beds were a little too firm for our preferences, but was fine.

We stay here every time we come to see our grandchildren and it has always been a fabulous experience. We love the staff and everything they offer.
