Quality Inn Chico

Nice, big room & bathroom, comfy bed, recently renovated nicely done. Great ac. Was quiet, a convenient downtown location & great value. Breakfast was minimal, coffee could be better, but Dutch Brothers 1 block away. Parking is limited. Will stay again.

Well kept property in the heart of Chico. Clean rooms - small but nice pool area. Breakfast was not great; we waited for refills on everything and the selection wasn’t there.

Good for the price and a location

The room was very clean. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. The shower was good. The air conditioner worked well and was not too loud. I like that they have the rollup blinds that have the share, but also the room darkening, so you have a choice. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. We had short conversations with the staff, but they were polite and helpful. I think it’s a great place to stay for the price. We’ve stayed there three times over the past year. And a bonus is that Shubert’s Icecream is right across the street, and it is top notch! 🍦😋

It was very clean and nice staff.

One of the lamps in Room 119 was out, and the chair is quite worn out. The bed was clean and well-made, and there were no big issues with the room. Parking at this location can be a challenge due to it all being quite compact, both in lot size for backing up and pulling away and in space dimensions. Just be extra careful to park with the neighbor's car in mind.

Room was clean, breakfast was nice. The seal on the door was not good and hot air poured into the room making it really hard for the AC to to cool it down.

Staff was helpful especially when the room smelled like cigarettes. Didn't use the pool.

Very impressed with the service of the staff, cleanliness/maintenance of the room and breakfast provided. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay here when visiting family which is several times a year. Every time we are please with the room, the property, the staff, the continental breakfast and location. The bed and pillows are comfy, the room is quiet and nice to have the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They have accommodated early check in. The ONLY negative is the coffee served at the breakfast and orange juice very watered down. 5 stars either way.

Breakfast was lacking gluten free options.

Terri was amazing. So helpful, cheerful, friendly!! The room was very nice as well. Was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shops.

Stayed here twice with grandson, specifically for the pool which was clean. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Will stay again.

Everything about my short stay was GREAT!!! Terrie, or Teri, or Terie, ( I.m not sure on the spelling) made checking in and checking out fast, friendly, and informative! The room was clean and nicely appointed! The place was quiet and close to several resturants and even an ice cream shop! I would definitely stay here again!
