Checked in went to room ,it smelled of smoke,cigarette in tiolet,bathtub filthy,went to office for refund,showed me another room ,it was also bad,asked for refund,I'd better get my money back,88 for room 100 for security deposit

excellent staff, very helpful. the hotel condition is good. very clean room. convenient location.

Checked in evening...they did not have my room. Turns out this hotel house homeless. I had to go down the street to another hotel. They even have tables and tent shade in parking lot to eat at sit at. This is not a place to stay will family...Avoid at all cost. They lied and said maintenance problem so no room left. New hotel told me the truth, the contract out all their rooms for homeless. AVOID

Excellent staff....Very attentive and available. The rooms are great when you are looking for a bed to sleep in. There isn't a whole lot more.

The room was infested with cockroaches! Don't stay , don't book, just run! Roaches

Nothing I liked it there It was bugs crawling around in the room on the ceiling and on the bed

my money back for the days I didnt stay and I left due to infested.room.#110 with dead and alive roaches and my shower with mold he was derogatory, insensitive, and racist. I WILL NEVER book a.room with this company nor would i ever recommend Such a waste in money.for the owner to invest in:/ .

It wasn't very crowded No one seemed excited about being there

Bathroom floor, toilet and sink were dirty and toilet paper was not stocked. Towels were old, small and dirty looking. Bed was ok, but there was a dead cockroach in the ground and flies in the room. There was no chair in the room either.

A/C not working, bathroom flooring dutty, and coffe maker not cleaning and no op.

Good little place to bail for a night and party in Chico. You can walk everywhere.

Room is falling apart- tiles are cracking all over the bathroom, walls are peeling, smells gross, small & smelly towels, uncomfortable sheets & bed, odd layout, constantly hearing EVERYTHING happening outside. should be cheaper

We are from out of town, visiting our college daughter. When I booked this hotel, I thought it was probably comparible to a similar value motel--which was completely fine, pretty good even! Boy I was wrong. Our Room was absolutely filthy, the mirrors were smudged with makeup, and spit. The backroom floors had crumbs and dirt and there was old matches that had been lit sticking out of the side of the mirror. The bed was lopsided, and felt like sleeping on a foam pad over a piece of wood. Everything smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room, and there were no towels= we had to go downstairs and ask for towels. Awful, would never stay here again. Sketchy people all around, hanging out in the parking lot, and one woman was hanging out on the stair case to our room, so we had to ask her to move everytime to please move her radio, art supplies, and all her things everytime we passed. I'm surprised they don't charge by the hour.

The staff was amazing, helpful and great communication. Both desk people were awesome, they made requests very easy. The rooms could have been cleaner, but the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They definitely made the trip better. It was a very busy weekend in Chico for the family weekend so they were completely booked. Great restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Walking to downtown Chico was easy and comfortable.
