Sycamore Inn

Basic budget motel near downtown and Chico State. Very quiet when I stayed the night. Nice manager. Hard to see where to turn into the property. Would have been nice if the exit gate to the side street was open. Bring your bike and ride Chico.

The hotel is hidden at the back of the block and is very quiet. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Always a wonderful stay. Always clean and wonderful customer service. Best place to stay.

It is a decent place to stay for the price. Room is clean with microwave and fridge/freezer. The AC unit is very loud for anyone who is a light sleeper. Room does have an odor. Breakfast is box of Costco danish/pastries. Coffee and waffle machines were broken. Affordable price for a place to sleep for the night.

Nice clean place I wish the AC would have been on with upper 90’s outside. Took a while to cool the room down. Otherwise no complaints.

My second visit to Sycamore Inn and same as before, was very quiet and comfortable. I was there in town bringing son to school and had to work during the day. Room was great and staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast of oatmeal and coffee worked great for me! I'll be back on further trips here - can't beat the price!

Great place to stop at an along our travels, staff was readily available upon our later arrival and was very helpful with additional questions and needs, especially with the areas we were traveling from and headed towards.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It is a budget friendly choice. But, the bathroom was not clean and there was long dark hairs on the floor. The fridge still had someone else's Starbucks in it. There were little flies coming out of the sink. Likely will not stay again.

The AC was not very cool and made it difficult to relax

AC did not cool down the room. Barely blew any cold air tv didn't work and shower ran Luke warm to steaming hot on cold setting for water
