Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof

Starting off there were cockroaches at the room, the microwave and fridge were in a horrible state, the towels provided were dirty; the bedding smelled horribly. The room itself looked and smelled bad. Not even 5 minutes into the room there was a roach. Really uncomfortable to rest knowing everything is so dirty

It was quiet. I was able to sleep. The location to my work.

I accidentally left something in the room, and they called me to come get it. The curtain wasn't on the hooks; there was nowhere to hang clothes (no bar to place hangers, no hangers; inadequate lighting in the room; no bedside lamps; wifi didn't work; barely adequate towels and one of them had huge black stains

Nothing It smelled like cat piss and cigarettes there is no cleaning lady or cleaning period. Hair blood super messy definitely would of rathered stayed in my car and sleep than spend the 200 I did.

I didn't like nothing dirty rooms and dirty everything and ants crawling all over. Roaches as well. I didn't like anything.

ac was working but rooms were not clean and sheets and beds had old blankets with holes towels were old did not look white at all.

No hot water in shower, big crack in plastic shower floor, water drained through crack to under shower. Was a handicap unit. Dirty top cover on bedding. Sheets and pillowcases were fine.same as above Same as above

There was nothing to like about this place! This place was filthy dirty and disgusting the entire bathroom was horrible the bathtub was gross the dirt ring inside the tub was unexceptable the dirt built up on the floor was bad the walls the doors the floors the entire place was far below standards this place could use a visit from the county health inspector the smell in the bathroom of mildew and urine was to strong it burned my eyes. I also felt unsafe and was afraid to leave my car there and go in the room because of all the homeless tweakers hanging around. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. If I could give minus stars I would.

Waste of money should of slept in my car.

Rooms look like they've never been cleaned had to leave and stay somewhere else

This place was filthy, The towels were stained and dingy gray. They should seriously try some bleach. People working on cars in the parking lot.

Cheapest place in town I'll stay there again on my next trip to Chico.

The owner was cool I couldn't sleep or even to think to shut my eyes I turned off the lights to think to relax and I had seen a shiny shadow of a shell witch was a German roach ???? crawling on the bed walls headboard desk and microwave I paid for dinner that had came fresh I took a shower left it on a table and came back to roaches eating my plate this is a low grade motel ran down infested with bugs carpets look like a crime scene sheets did have blood and other stains from last customers don't ever stay at this place not worth ur bucks to come out with roaches on our clothes and backpack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roaches are playing hide and seek

Everything was just dingy and in need of a deep cleaning, like baseboards and drawers. The towels were laundered but stained and were dark gray instead of white. The fridge worked, but no freezer. People were working on cars in the parking lot. Just not a good experience.

Don’t book this place. Better off staying in your car. Gross. Everything was the worst.

The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. They have a no refund policy and now I see why. I feel like they expect people to boom rooms there only to find out they are destroyed and dirty. The linens and towels were also stained or reused without being cleaned.

Location. Price. Lots of cock roaches in the room. And in the towels. And shower.
