The maids were very nice. The manager lady had adorable 2yr old. The manager man he was rude and unhelpful. He acted like he did us a favor to stay there. Have not returned and will not do so. Also charged for my service animal. We stayed there several times in recent months but no more. They have a room where the fake wood floor was missing wood blanks very dangerous but said throw a towel over it!!!! Last time no fridge or micro asked for discount said no and I said it's advertised as part of accomodations so I said your r weird. Won't be back. If they wanted to keep good guests they ³³need to treat them better. Dirty nasty roaches rude manager

Really need to have clean towels, sheets, covers, pillowcases. Need to bomb the whole place cause the cockroaches are going to take over. And careful because they will try to keep your deposit.

Refrigerator was frozen over had to defrost for 8 hours to use, door wouldn’t close all the way, the carpet was dirtier than the parking lot, cockroaches in the room, no drain plug in the bath tub, the refrigerator quit and leaked refrigerant thought the room and the staff said o well, ice machine didn’t work, have been there annually for 4 years, no more! The only good thing was the AC worked this time

Don't be misled by the high ratings—they were definitely faked. The carpet was covered in large black stains, and there was a pungent odor in the room. The towels looked like they’d been fished out of a trash can—tattered, stained, and completely worn out... the whole place felt like a refugee camp.

Room was badly maintained. Beds were like boards.

Linoleum flooring missing, management unpleasant, but great place foe down and outers who can’t sweep a floor for 50 cent.

The pancake maker was fixed this time, so it's extremely happy and the pancakes were fire. If they extended breakfast a little later

Big holes in floor, no WiFi, no guest laundry on site, had roaches, no ice

Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof

Starting off there were cockroaches at the room, the microwave and fridge were in a horrible state, the towels provided were dirty; the bedding smelled horribly. The room itself looked and smelled bad. Not even 5 minutes into the room there was a roach. Really uncomfortable to rest knowing everything is so dirty

It was quiet. I was able to sleep. The location to my work.

I accidentally left something in the room, and they called me to come get it. The curtain wasn't on the hooks; there was nowhere to hang clothes (no bar to place hangers, no hangers; inadequate lighting in the room; no bedside lamps; wifi didn't work; barely adequate towels and one of them had huge black stains

Nothing It smelled like cat piss and cigarettes there is no cleaning lady or cleaning period. Hair blood super messy definitely would of rathered stayed in my car and sleep than spend the 200 I did.

I didn't like nothing dirty rooms and dirty everything and ants crawling all over. Roaches as well. I didn't like anything.

ac was working but rooms were not clean and sheets and beds had old blankets with holes towels were old did not look white at all.

No hot water in shower, big crack in plastic shower floor, water drained through crack to under shower. Was a handicap unit. Dirty top cover on bedding. Sheets and pillowcases were fine.same as above Same as above

There was nothing to like about this place! This place was filthy dirty and disgusting the entire bathroom was horrible the bathtub was gross the dirt ring inside the tub was unexceptable the dirt built up on the floor was bad the walls the doors the floors the entire place was far below standards this place could use a visit from the county health inspector the smell in the bathroom of mildew and urine was to strong it burned my eyes. I also felt unsafe and was afraid to leave my car there and go in the room because of all the homeless tweakers hanging around. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. If I could give minus stars I would.
