Residence Inn by Marriott Chico

I love Residence Inns and the Residence Inn in Chico followed suit with all of the other fabulous Residence Inns I've stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and at breakfast, that was also wonderful and so many options, there was a sign saying ask about their gluten free items. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and packed me up a whole box of gluten free goodies to take! The room was also great, spacious and nice. The pool was wonderful, too! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Chico!

Staff are exceptional- thay go above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very clean room and great staff. Our AC went out, and they moved us. Breakfast was also good.

The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.

The staff welcoming was polite and courteous. The breakfast staff did a great job with my nephew who made a big mess, stayed polite and helped him with his waffle and even suggested chocolate chips in it. Huge Kudos!

This Has Been One of The Best Stays ever in a hotel !! Im A Caterer and im always having to rent an air bnb for catering jobs but they dont have a pool .Ladies and gentlemen if u are in the Chico area for a catering event I Highly recommended The Residence Inn for your stay and prep ,and enjoy a lil u time while working .

Outdoor pool needs to be heated… I get it that Chico is usually warm, however, it needs to be heated when it’s NOT warm in Chico, which it wasn’t that warm the weekend we were there. The hot tub was GREAT!

The staff was great. The room was very noisy. Hard to sleep. Heater comes on very loud. Breakfast quality of only fair but ok considering the large number of people who had to be fed and the price of the room.

The front desk employees were wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Julian was especially engaging and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room stunk. The front room and kitchen smelled strongly of chemical and the bedroom and bathroom smelled like sewer.
