The pool had a bit too much chlorine and the kids eyes were stinging the whole time. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Amazing overnight stay at Hampton Inn! Antonio at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us a ground floor room (our dog doesn’t like elevators). The parking was easy. The breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and large!

This is our second stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Chico while visiting our child who attends Chico State. The property is on the newer side, well maintained, clean, safe part of town, free and safe parking for your vehicle, extremely friendly and professional staff. It is about a two mile drive from campus but we enjoyed the quieter area because it is not downtown.

Room was very noisy despite asking at check in for a quieter room- lots of door slamming at 3 am, kids yelling, you could hear people talking, and the AC is really noisy. Pillow cases were stained, and bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Fruit at breakfast had a weird taste like it had been stored in paper towels. Staff was ok- nothing exceptional, and parking was easy.

Loud guests above. Called desk 3 times. Rooms are wiped down but still dirty, and not thoroughly cleaned. The location is really good though.
