We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chico, CA. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of options. The fitness room was clean and a good selection of equipment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our little pet, a Shih Tzu accompanied us and our accommodations were very pet friendly.

Amazing place to stay we will definitely be back. I wish there was a quarter machine for the laundry room but the staff was very helpful with what they had.

Great stay in Chico. Convenient location, good breakfast, great room.

Breakfast room haf a very good variety of cooked food and pastries. It was great to see so many outlets and charging stations Only 2 things were off. The shower gel was empty. (We used the bar soap and left a note for housekeeping.) Also there were 3 empty vodka bottles behind the hair dryer. Otherwise....a great stay.

All was excellent except breakfast. It was just okay. It was not maintained. They ran out of regular coffee. Some items were let to go until near empty.

The staff, especially Vee, were fantastic, 5 star service. We rented the meeting room for a party and stayed the night. The event room was great and reasonably priced. Our room, an Accessible King Suite has serious issues. It looks nice. The Accessable shower does not have proper drainage, there is virtually no incline towards either of the drains. I took a 3 minute shower, and the floor flooded to the toilet, it was very dangerous especially fore a person with mobility problems. The sofa was very uncomfortable, light switches on lamps were comically undersized and difficult to find. Mini fridge had an unnecessary cabinet door which would be difficult for wheel chair user, the bathroom sink was set at a weird weird angle difficult for anyone to use. There were no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was great and had surprisingly good coffee. So kudos to staff, meeting room and breakfast. Our room however was poorly designed and outright dangerous, a law suit waiting to happen.
