We were then moved to room 229 and though the room was nice and clean, our upstairs neighbors were very loud. For over an hour it sounded like they were jumping off the beds and running across the room, which woke us up at around 11PM. I tried calling guest services multiple times on the room phone but they didn’t answer. They only answered once I called on my cell. The front desk told me they asked the guests to be a little quieter and to no avail, it did not help. We tried to drown out the noise with the TV but they inevitably woke us up many times throughout the night. Unfortunately, we left the next morning at 3 AM to make our long roadtrip back home and were not very well rested. The hotel itself was very beautiful and trendy but with all we dealt with, the ants and the noisy neighbors without much resolve from guest services, I’m not sure we would ever stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean and room was great. Pool was very nice and clean. Excellent stay would recommend to all my friends and family!

What a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the amenities were really nice and every staff person we dealt with was kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

In room coffee to me is complicated. Its the pour over method which I am not an expert at. I would rather have a keurig instead. I was able to get excellent fresh coffee from the lobby. The ac never did get really cool. We turned on at check in and it was still warm through the night. Not hot in the room persay but kept waking up hot. But the hotel and staff are wonderful. We would stay again for sure.
