All around 5 star experience. Super nice hotel and excellent staff.

This was a hidden gem every aspect of this place was really cool. We had a little trouble with the elevator, but ultimately it wasn’t that big of a deal. The food downstairs was amazing. The showers are fantastic and the guy who checked us in was the best we were able to do a late checkout since we got there so late altogether a fantastic experience we will be back.

One of two elevators was out of service. The food for the rooftop bar that came up from the ground floor kitchen and the maids carts had to use that one elevator with the hotel guests. Staff in the rooftop bar was inexperienced young college students who didn't know to bring utensils napkins nor plates to the table when we had ordered food. Also dropped the bill at the table in a Check Presenter without a pen. Food was thoughtfully prepared hotel food.

The hotel was nice except the shower heads were cheap and no water pressure

Room was very large, clean and very comfortable, hallway carpets are in need of a good cleaning. Hotel has a positive vibe, employees friendly.

However, the staff in the restaurant, rooftop bar, and room cleaning were a bit disorganized. Getting breakfast in the restaurant took pretty long on the first day; then in the rooftop bar, we waited 35 minutes for a lemonade and 25 minutes to order (it wasn't even crowded), and one day one bed was made, the other was not. Maybe they were short-staffed.

The property is very nice. Brand new hotel with cool amenities like sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi, and gym. All the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the 12pm check out time and not having to pay for parking. I would definitely stay here again, next time I am in the area.

One elevator was out of commission otherwise the property was clean well maintained with a professional friendly staff.

After spending multiple thousands of nights at hotels, I never thought I would say this about a hotel, I can not wait to come back. From the minute we stepped into the hotel until we left, it was great. I was able to make real coffee in the morning, the towels were thick and soft, great bed and pillows, very clean and inviting.

Such a cute hotel and the decor was dialed in. Rooftop bar was cool too. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We love staying here when we come to visit our son. It is super clean and very convenient. Everyone is nice and helpful!

If you were going to Chico, there should only be one place that you should stay this hotel. If you’re going to have a girls night or just go grab a drink at the rooftop bar or even drop your kid off for college you should just go here end of story. wonderful amenities and cute rooms with charger ports all over the room that is well laid out.

The hotel had every accommodation and is new and modern. Just walking in at check-in was a wow moment! The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and don’t say no to the cookies. They are worth it!
