Hotel Káterina

In room coffee to me is complicated. Its the pour over method which I am not an expert at. I would rather have a keurig instead. I was able to get excellent fresh coffee from the lobby. The ac never did get really cool. We turned on at check in and it was still warm through the night. Not hot in the room persay but kept waking up hot. But the hotel and staff are wonderful. We would stay again for sure.

One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop bar. The atmosphere was perfect, with great views, excellent drinks, and a relaxing vibe that made it the ideal place to unwind after a day out. The restaurant was equally impressive. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and every meal felt like a special experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the accommodations and the dining are this outstanding. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chico. This hotel truly helped make our trip memorable!

My overall stay was amazing! The amenities here are exceptional. I used the pool, hot tub, steam room, rooftop bar and restaurant, and the lobby bar. As well as the in-room pour over coffee and lovely soaking tub. The food and drinks were all excellent! Daisy and Corina at the rooftop restaurant/bar went above and beyond with their service! They both deserve a big shoutout. There are even more amenities I look forward to trying next visit like the bicycles for use. The only experience that was sadly lacking was my experience at check-in. The lady working that evening wasn’t very friendly and did not attempt to explain anything about the hotel. I asked some questions that she answered, but compared to my experience with the other staff this definitely missed the mark. There were other front desk staff that were wonderful and helpful and even helped me extend my stay by another day. I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Chico!

The hotel is definitely quite new and looks inviting. The lobby area is nicely appointed as well as the restaurant and bar all quite nice. Our room was quite large and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is large and very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and restaurant/bar area for sunset. We also took our grandkids in the swimming pool a couple of times and that was very nice. The food at the restaurant is good although the menu is limited and the drinks were good as well. Prices are reasonable. We stayed five nights and will stay there again when we return to Chico

This is a very nice, clean, quiet place to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful with a soaking tub and wonderful smelling soaps. I can't wait to go back!
