We stayed in Chico during a 2 week road trip in Northern California. Our room was perfect for what we needed, a nice sofa to lounge and watch some TV shows, good WiFi connection, spacious bathroom, clean and cozy bed, and blackout shades. We were a bit hungry and the cafe provided options we found appealing and tasty for dinner. Recommend the location as it is close to major retailers in case you need to resupply.

Room was a bit noisy. Could near elevator running and we were not next to it. People above us were loudly walking back and forth

Th3 room was clean and big The night clerk was rude and short with me while checking in.

Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid.

IT'S 04/23/2026.. THERE'S NO free breakfast. I personally do not believe they should be charging over $210/ night for no pool & hot tub, no breakfast especially due to the fact that THERE'S NO WAY TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING IN ADVANCE that the most desired facilities/ amenities Aren't functioning or available to paying guests!

Indoor pool was not working and that was the reason I booked this hotel.

The pool and jacuzzi were out of service, but I was not advised at booking. The vent above the toilet was dripping, if seated on the toilet the your back gets wet.

The lady the check is in was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The area is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas.
