Oxford Suites Chico

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially for a last minute stay! Breakfast was delicious and filling, outdoor patio was very clean and relaxing. The rooms were very roomy and clean. I loved they had a separate door that closed off from the living area and had a pullout bed for my son. Air conditioning worked perfectly! Only a couple things that was troubling for me one was the wifi. It was super hard to log in for work during the evening hours, but was expected since most guests were at the hotel and connected as well. The last thing was no fan in the restrooms. Overall my experience with Oxford was very comfortable and safe. I felt secure in my room and in the common dwellings of the hotel. Fav perks in surrounding areas… lots of dining options as well as shopping!!! This will be my new go to when I'm in town! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Didn’t end up using the pool but it looked very inviting. Great price also. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and after mentioning it to the front staff at check in, we received a complimentary bottle of champagne, snacks and a heartfelt card. It was so very kind of them to do that!! Never had that experience at any other hotel before. My only issue I had was getting an allergic reaction to the linens. The gentlemen at the front desk was kind enough the grab some unscented sheets but I don’t think that helped. It was no one’s fault my body just reacted, unfortunately.

This place is awesome! The pool and hot tub were nice and they offer a complimentary happy hour. The complimentary breakfast was great. Overall this place is a great value and I would highly recommend it.

I stayed here because I wanted EV charging. The onsite chargers were insanely expensive. The hotel was fine, a little loud in the room, and the breakfast was great.

Room was clean and everything was kept up. Ended up staying an additional night and booked again.

The hotel staff was so friendly and efficient. The whole property was very clean and enjoyable and the rooms were updated and spacious. It was also such a time saver to have breakfast included! Highly recommend!

The bed was a little firm for my liking but other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is quite large and one of the elevators was not working, but it was a minor problem.

Everything about our stay here was a great experience, definitely recommend it to anyone staying in town.

Breakfast was ridiculous. No silverware, no seating, no apple juice and once again no help from the staff. The waffle iron worked, but no butter, the syrup container was empty and no silverware in sight….. Even the ice machine was broken Not sure what is going on here this was once a nice property. Usually stay here 3 or 4 times a year when in Chico. Won’t make that mistake again On the plus side I paid twice what everyone else did for a spot at the days inn. Really disappointed

Great place to stay!

Was a great stay . Staff was nice and rooms were clean . The only thing that I can say about it was the $30 checking in early fee. Waiting to 4pm to check in is a bit inconvenient but other then that, I enjoyed my stay very much

The staff were so accommodating and helpful!

One recommendation is to move ice machines to their own sound proof room
