Room spacious, very clean , Maid staff Awesome , front desk wonderful and friendly. My mom and I were in town to visit her sick sister, we did not use the bar or Hot tub.

I like the location, right off the highway Everything is outdated. The toilet wasn’t working, toilet’s flapper had algae all over. The sink was clogged. It didn’t feel clean.

The stuff were amazing and kind but the room was so dark that it made my eyes hurt. Why are the rooms so dark???

Towel holder in the bathroom was loose and would fall if you put a towel on it. Refrigerator was hard to open inside the cabinet

I was impressed by this Doubletree. It was a quick stay but it worked well for me. The location is convenient to the highway and still close to downtown. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and free. I did not eat in the restaurant but it was nice to be able to order a glass of wine downstairs. The staff I interacted with were all nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast served its purpose. I did not use the pool or gym but would have if I stayed longer. I found the hotel to be a very good value.

the room was clean, confortable and nice we felt very welcome by all staff the bar was cool, so was the bartender complimentary cookies at check in and check out we will stay there again
