Clean and comfortable. A/C was a newer unit and was quiet and cold. Room was hot when we got there but left the a/c on and when we came back a short while later the unit was shutting off because the room had reached 65°. Have a lot of premium tv channels. Not the greatest area. Some stuff was kind of worn and damaged but the cleanliness and comfort made up for it.

I like that this is my spot when I stay in town. Everything is always clean and fresh, and the staff is very friendly while remaining professional.

BE AWARE: This is a three-story hotel with NO elevator. They don't notify you of that until you have already booked. So if you need an accessible room, you should look elsewhere. When checking in, we let them know that we need a ground-floor level room because we were not aware that there wasn't an elevator. They told us we had to request a handicap room when we did our booking, and there were no ground-floor rooms available. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel the booking that three ground-floor rooms magically became available. While we were getting everything straightened out, another man with mobility issues also raised the same concern. The lack of an elevator in a three-story hotel is something that should be disclosed before booking.

It was clean, comfortable bed/pillow. Good amenities. The bathtub filled when I took a shower, it took forever to drain. The faucet leaked. If not for that I would have rated it excellent. Definitely not worth $400.
