Upon entering my room, I saw that the curtains were very dirty. Looked like frosting was stuck to them. They were soiled with thick, large white smears of disgustingness, with a greasy ring around them. The blackout curtains were black with filth. I took pictures and went back to the desk to show the person at the desk. She said she was sorry, but there were no other rooms to move me to, and the housekeeping staff had gone home. She said that she would come up to my room and take care of it, but she never came. I didn't sleep well at all, thinking that if the room was that dirty and the staff didn't care about the guest, was my bed clean. Upon check-out, I told the gentleman at the desk, and he had me write out what had happened and said the manager would get back to me, but guess what? I have not heard from anyone.

Breakfast was great! More than a lot of hotels have to offer as far is free Breakfast.

The rooms were dirty. There were yellow stains on the bed sheets. We requested new sheets and were provided with one thin and itchy blanket.

Our room had a very strong musty odor. The bedding also had a strong musty ordor. The blanket was not clean. It was all white and you could see dirt type marks on it. The bathroom could use some TLC. The grout had a lot of black areas on the floor and in the shower. The night block curtains were filthy. The refrigerator and a/c was very loud when you were trying to sleep at night. Also it was a very noisy area and you could hear all the traffic.

We had a wonderful stay. We paid a little extra for the suite, and it was well worth it—the kids really enjoyed having their own room. The pool was great; it was heated, clean, and a good size with an 8-foot deep end. The free breakfast was well below average, but that's not a big deal since they're never that good anyway. We mainly look for a clean, comfortable room and a good pool for the kids, and this hotel definitely checked those boxes.
