I was on this property 4 months ago, their made to many changes to the look so clean and new

They need better housecleaning. Tables were dirty and sticky.

There was tons of crumbs on the floor of the room. The air unit didn’t work and I went to the front desk to ask for help, I was told to just mess with it. I did try to troubleshoot it and it didn’t work. It was humid and muggy all night long. Super disappointed with this experience.

Good location , breakfast was good.

What we don’t like are: - our room is separated from the main building - breakfast is only bagel , wafer , banana and yogurt…could be better - eating / cafe location is just by the lobby - it’s pathetic .. - our room was not cleaned when we took down the signage of “ Do not disturb” Thanks

Great staff, free breakfast exceeded expectations, and our ADA room was very good.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, free parking and nice simple breakfast. This is our go to hotel when we're in town. Rooms have been renovated nicely. Will definitely return to this hotel when we're in town.

Friendly staff and near the airport .

Upon check in, the guy asked me if I wanted a specific floor. I said yes he said ok. He types on his computer for several minutes then prints out the information and hands me a map tellling me my room is a different floor than requested. I said oh I said the other floor. He told me they are sold out. I said you just asked me if I wanted one or the other. He said oh ok hold on and then was able to give us the correct thing. I thought that was weird. It made for an awkward moment. Maybe because I spoke up we got the noisiest room ever. Next time I will just take what I get and be on my way. Glad I was only there to sleep (sort of) and shower. No plans to return to LQI. I’d rather spend a few more bucks elsewhere. This was just my individual experience, hopefully it was helpful and yours is much better!

Highway noise on one side. Other side was quiet.

Location is good and breakfast is also good

Breakfast was very disappointing. No protein items. No sugar free items for diabetics. It’s not a typical breakfast you find at other locations. Pool water too cold.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Wifi , not so good especially if one is there to stay for business.
