It was a nice stay and met my needs well.

It was a nice hotel and in a convenient location within 10 to 20 minutes to anywhere in San Diego. The beds are not to accommodating for handicap or those in need. But the staff there is the most accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Stayed in a renovated room. Tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed.

Room was great. Exterior of the building could use a face lift but overall our one night stay was quiet and comfortable.

Comfortable and close to food and highway.

The property and rooms are very clean, quiet, and in a nice area right off the freeway. Sufficient parking and ok continental breakfast. The beds are comfortable, the mini fridge and microwave were great amenities. The restroom lacked soap for handwashing or extra toilet paper. Housekeeping came in when I left even though I was told they only come by request.

The staff was proactive. The room was clean and had good blinds so it was dark at night. The only drawback was that my room was only a few doors away from where breakfast was served and was a little noisy early in the morning. Avoid rooms 100-112 if you can.

The air did not work properly-miserable. Maintenance came (while we were out) and switched it to the manual on the floor unit. Lotion bottle was filled with hand soap (I’m assuming by accident). Great compact fridge and a micro in room, also a coffee pot. Good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Adjacent to the Denny’s restaurant but did not have time to go. Picked up Continental breakfast in the lobby (decent). Also did not have time to go to the pool. Convenient location to the north/south off ramps.

The room was very clean with the exception of the floor. It obviously never gets mopped. The breakfast offerings were very mediocre and lacked variety. The juice tasted like sugar water. Other than these two things, our stay was fine. We would probably stay again. I lost a silver religious necklace in room 211- Silver chain with two very small rectangular medals. Hopefully, housekeeping turned it in. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and the Dennys next door was nice for a late night snack. Only downside is parking as they have the Dennys in the same lot and they are doing construction so spaces are blocked off. But otherwise great place to rest your head after a night at a concert and get a small breakfast and coffee before leaving. The concert venue was a whole other review and not a good one.

The staff at the reception desk was "just there", however the cleaning staff was courteous and friendly. The location of this hotel is very noisy. The room poorly maintained. For example, the bathroom door was off it's hinges, the pillows were flat, and sleeping on the mattress actually gave me a backache. The complimentary breakfast was a collection of prepackaged foods. We reserved for two nights but left after the first night. That says it all!

The room looked clean. I had a shower & walked to the bed & walked around the room barefoot. My feet were black after 5 minutes of walking. Had another shower, make sure you wear thongs/footwear every time in the room. Don't walk around in white socks.
