cancelled my reservation without notifying me. were rude when i came to check in. would not answer why my reservation was canceled. were unhelpful in every way. rude front desk staff.

It was awful. Air didn’t work. The room smelled like basement mildew. The bedding felt damp from how moist the air was. It was gross. I left immediately and requested a refund. That didn’t sound promising at all. Stayed here years ago when everyone was booked and it was clean and no complaints.

There was no refrigerator in the room, the shower half worked, the ice machine was broken, no iron, hallways filthy, bathroom sink kept backing up, there was a roach in the microwave.

Stayed here to visit kings island. Drove 4.5 hours to wait almost 30 minutes for staff to come check in. A/C worked despite being in an outlet that was pulling itself from the box and wiring exposed. Wiring was also exposed in the bathroom near the light. Clearly changed the light to something smaller but didn’t properly hang it. Smoke detector that was situated in the room had no 9V battery in it and the door was left open. Upon checkout there was yet another 30-40 minute wait.

The property was disgusting and falling apart. The bed sheets were stained, mold in the flooring, faucet in the bathtub was falling off the wall and tile was cracked. The hotel itself smelled musty and very run down.

The hotel room was dirty, water in the bathtub didn’t drain well, sink smelled when running water, cigarette burns on the toilet seat, mold on the wall behind the garbage can and so much more

Room was far from clean. Socks turned black, tub had dirt in it, shower handle had soap scum., the nightstands were burnt with cigarettes and 2 of the five light bulbs were missing.

Additionally, the room across the hall hosted a loud party throughout the night. Both we and our friends, who had booked a separate room next to ours, contacted the front desk multiple times to report the disturbance, but no action was taken. While the check-in experience was positive, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of response to guest complaints made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Bed sheets are stained, bathroom is outdated. Not worth paying $100 for the stay. Living room has a AC but the electricity of the AC is open on the floor and it is very dangerous. The whole corridor of the motel smells very strong deodorant, they sprayed it to cut the smell of Weed people smoking inside. The community is dodgy. Be aware of this nonsense Motel in Sharonville.

.roaches...dirty freezer. Dirty sheets... would not give me another or move my room. False advertisement for breakfast, there was none. Management disregard my complaints. Fire alarm went off for almost an hour at 3am..and my tv wifi kept going out so
