Reviews

Easy access Staff tunprofessional behavior, housekeeping surprisingly ignored guests, no one apologized or followed up with any questions to resolve the situation.

My room was clean and well maintained, but the only gripe I had was in my room the drawers keep sliding open, in which the manager would address.

I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough.
-
Air conditioner working good.

It’s always a good experience here. Whenever I have an issue front desk fixes it immediately.
-
very nice place to stay. The air conditioner was a little noisy but other than that everything was good!
-
A/C did not work and refrigerator was not getting cold. Smelled moldy
-
AC was loud. Sounded like a jet kicking on

The area/location is convenient. The front desk and management staff behave incredibly unprofessionally, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. This was not isolated to my experience; I witnessed multiple travelers dealing with the same total lack of supportive or amicable service. Staff routinely leave the office to loudly call out to guests in the mornings and evenings for arbitrary inquiries, severely disrupting the peace and making the atmosphere feel aggressive rather than welcoming.

The standout feature of this hotel was definitely the staff. Every interaction we had was professional, prompt, and positive. They created a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our extended stay much more comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pool. We specifically booked this hotel because the amenities listed included a pool, but during our nearly 3-week stay, it was unavailable the entire time. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly stated when the pool is open and operational, or temporarily removed it from the amenities list until guests are actually able to use it.

The property is fine for what it is. There are long term residents that appear to keep a bunch of their stuff outside the doors so there was just debris along the entire area. The room was clean but had a strong smoking odor and the bed frames are absolute garbage. The beds in the rooms creak loudly like smacking metal so when the neighbors started "moving" it got super loud. Every time we got up or moved it was also super loud. The hotel was fine but for $80 I will find something nicer in the future.

Good little hotel close to many places I visited.

Parking was super close to room, which was spotless. Outside landscaping was attractive.

Didn’t eat breakfast Just the old woman who I assumed worked there just staring at me and my family like we had stolen from her
