Studio 6 Extended Stay Cincinnati Sharonville OH

Booked one night a couple weeks ahead. Arrived at 11pm. No staff on site. Had to call a number from a ghetto phone. Told no rooms were available. I stated that I had already paid ahead online, perhaps one of rooms were booked for me? He stated nope, all rooms were full. I’ll have to request a refund with whoever I booked it through. This of course was after driving halfway across the country. Not easy finding a hotel last minute that will accept a dog. Crappy situation. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Looked like they stranded someone else that came in behind me too.

I'm disabled. The elevator wasn't working & they put us on the 3rd floor. The bath tub was FILTHY and had what looked like urine standing in it. We stayed for 1 night & they charged us for 2 & won't refund the extra night they charged for.

Room was ok but there wasn’t any utensils for it to have a stove and fridge. I had to go out and buy everything we needed to cook. Then i left my tiffany necklace there and nobody turned it in #pissed

The elevator was not in service. I am a disabled person. Our room was on the fourth floor had to climb stairs to get to room. Someone use their key card and was able to access our room. While we were in the room did go downstairs to alert staff st desk. The floors were filthy. Brand sock were dirty. Floors were not mopped prior to our coming. The wall are thin could here the people next door conversation as well as music across the hall early in the morning before the sun rose. You can also smell the animals in the building. Unacceptable for a hotel.

Elevator doesn’t work and the hotel has 4 floors

The service! But the elevator was down and my time before that the tvs weren’t working! But overall i love my stay everyime!

A budget friendly place to stay

Elevator was broke bathroom shower leaked whole time the emergency light never stopped blinking garbage all in hallway and in front of the hotel overgrowth in front of hotel

I have sent you 4 reviews that you declined. Reviews are supposed to be truthful and honest, since you have been declining all my truths and honesty, i will not waste my time to make your business relationships with poor hotels like this one. I start to question Expedia’s credibility!

The television didn't function properly - no local channel access. Only Netflix. No iron in the room.

Tv didn’t work , had to move me to a different room where the bed was horrible and rust all over the refrigerator

Room was basically clean. Everywhere else approaching the room was NOT. DEPOSIT + UTILITY(?) FEE, Even with the use of a CC, was approximately equal to 1 night stay(to be returned - we'll see). Fee-Deposit is in contract fine print. Many people loitering in cars in trash-strewn parking lot. Advised, after check-in, elevator in out of order, room was on 2nd floor. At check-in no one at front desk. When I called from my cell phone, I was greeted by, "Who is this?" Two mag keys provided - only one worked. I did not try the provided wi-fi Pass code. Persons running in hallway and activity in Parking lot until past 3 am!

If you stay at this hotel, the front desk may be closed if you show up late. If you show up on time, no one will be at the front desk. If you wait for somebody to show up, it could take 20 minutes or 5 hours. If you try to get someone’s attention by calling out, you may get screamed at or completely ignored for 5 hours. Should you at any time need to get into the hotel because the door is locked, beware that your time for check-out may arrive first, as there is no one at the front desk or it is closed. Do not leave your room when the front desk is closed, because your keycard may not work and the front desk is closed all night. Beware, you may book the room but access to the hotel and your room, may not happen at check-in time and you may have to wait until check-out time before you get any service. In other words, no access to your hotel room at all. Once you manage to get in the room, it appears clean, however, the floors are filthy and the furniture feels filthy to the touch. Don’t expect extra towels unless you return the used towels first, if you’re lucky to find someone at the desk. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, not a place I would take a female friend to. It's barely good enough for me to sleep in and go to the event. I think I will spend a little extra money and go to better hotels next year.

The bathroom smells urine

You are definitely going to get your monies worth because this is a very cheap motel, even though it says extended stay, this is the most low budget extended stay I have ever experienced. I only recommend because we used it overnight, coming from the amusement park, and it was 15 minutes away, that was probably the only good thing about this motel. As we was getting prepared to check out the next morning, the floor was soak and wet, and there was a bad thunderstorm throughout the night before, so that made things even worse.

Minor issues but it was corrected immediately
