Tv didn’t work , had to move me to a different room where the bed was horrible and rust all over the refrigerator

Room was basically clean. Everywhere else approaching the room was NOT. DEPOSIT + UTILITY(?) FEE, Even with the use of a CC, was approximately equal to 1 night stay(to be returned - we'll see). Fee-Deposit is in contract fine print. Many people loitering in cars in trash-strewn parking lot. Advised, after check-in, elevator in out of order, room was on 2nd floor. At check-in no one at front desk. When I called from my cell phone, I was greeted by, "Who is this?" Two mag keys provided - only one worked. I did not try the provided wi-fi Pass code. Persons running in hallway and activity in Parking lot until past 3 am!

If you stay at this hotel, the front desk may be closed if you show up late. If you show up on time, no one will be at the front desk. If you wait for somebody to show up, it could take 20 minutes or 5 hours. If you try to get someone’s attention by calling out, you may get screamed at or completely ignored for 5 hours. Should you at any time need to get into the hotel because the door is locked, beware that your time for check-out may arrive first, as there is no one at the front desk or it is closed. Do not leave your room when the front desk is closed, because your keycard may not work and the front desk is closed all night. Beware, you may book the room but access to the hotel and your room, may not happen at check-in time and you may have to wait until check-out time before you get any service. In other words, no access to your hotel room at all. Once you manage to get in the room, it appears clean, however, the floors are filthy and the furniture feels filthy to the touch. Don’t expect extra towels unless you return the used towels first, if you’re lucky to find someone at the desk. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, not a place I would take a female friend to. It's barely good enough for me to sleep in and go to the event. I think I will spend a little extra money and go to better hotels next year.

The bathroom smells urine

You are definitely going to get your monies worth because this is a very cheap motel, even though it says extended stay, this is the most low budget extended stay I have ever experienced. I only recommend because we used it overnight, coming from the amusement park, and it was 15 minutes away, that was probably the only good thing about this motel. As we was getting prepared to check out the next morning, the floor was soak and wet, and there was a bad thunderstorm throughout the night before, so that made things even worse.

Minor issues but it was corrected immediately

Would never recommend this place. The staff was very rude, couldn’t even get into the building. No service at all…must make a phone call to get them to come to the door. Took over 30 minutes! Do not book here! Pay a little more to get a decent place to stay. Would give a negative 5 if I could!

Only booked cause was a last minute trip to kings island. Distance to there wasn’t to bad. Room was not as described. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shows there is a couch in the room and no rooms on the property have couches. That what we were told. Had to call to even check in. The kitchen area was very small and outdated. There was mold starting to grow under the refrigerator. No soaps in the bathroom, not even a bar soap to wash our hands. Had to buy our own toilet paper when we got there there was maybe half a roll left. Ac makes noise. And not much of housekeepers. Was told they only come weekly.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY unless you're desperate to stay somewhere. Trash was flowing out of the trash can & onto the ground out front of the property. The floors in the lobby hadn't been swept in a while. It had a smell in the lobby as well. It was hot in the lobby as if the AC was broken. The clerk put a sign up saying "Sold Out" & left the desk. If you called the office, the clerk would answer,.but not come out to the desk. The clerk was very unprofessional, giving short, slang responses. I had paid for my room in advance. There were several events happening in the city & almost all hotels were booked. I never received a call, text, email nor a notification per the app that they sold out room. We drove an hour & a half to get there to have no room to stay in. We had to change clothes @ a nearby place & drive back home after our event in that heavy storm, that we could barely see through. I will NEVER book a stay @ that place EVER again... GOD as my witness.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CHAIN WITH YOUR TRAVEL PLANS! I had a confirmed, paid-in-advance reservation for yesterday. I arrived at 5:30pm to get my room. The front desk person said all rooms were taken and they had no room/bed for me! Management had overbooked. Turned me away. Didn't find another room for me. If you reserve with them, be prepared to sleep in your car, like I did.

Granted I'm 78, but we couldn't figure out the TV hook up. :(

This place was a total mess. The room was filthy, the bed looked like a prison bed and rhe refrigerator was dirty in the outside with what appeared to be mold. Buyer beware. Do not stay at this place.

The staff was very helpful The lobby was very dirty, the rooms and hallways was smelly and out dated dark elevators nasty the whole place need a makeover

This place is a roach motel, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy 😤
