The room was nice also clean. The staff is great. The area is sketchy building is old no restaurant or bar. Wasn’t terrible but would definitely spend the money to stay somewhere else
-
I would pick one of many other hotels in the area over this one. It’s not the worst, but there are much better options around.
-
The bed was hard. The shower head in the bathroom was only partially attached to the wall. The ice machine was out on our floor, as were 2/3 elevators.
-
2 out of 3 elevators were broken, so was the front door. It was dingy, the paint is scuffed and peeling, we didnt feel safe coming back at night, its not well lit outside and it overall has a seedy vibe.

THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY!
-
Pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the Clinton administration. No smoking signs everywhere but reeked of cigarette smoke. All but two ice makers in a 10 story building didn't work. The morning we checked out only the service elevator was in operation. Walls are so thin we heard the thoughts of the people next door.

La habitación tenía mal olor y el baño estaba sucio.
-
Overall fine. Windows in room were filthy but the room itself was clean. The bathrooms are tiny with no place to put your things. For the price, a decent value.
-
We didn't get maid service during a 2 night stay and ran out of towels the first night. The hotel was clean but scruffy in appearance.
-
Maybe plan for breakfast elsewhere but everything else was great

The parking lot was terrible. The ice machine was broken on our floor. It looks like they put there whole budget into the lobby and very little into the rooms themselves. There was weird stains on the walls that was painted over very poorly. There was a indented part of the wall that could fit a fist. The AC unit sucked the high setting felt like a medium setting. There was no TV channel list so you had to find it yourself and there was like 80 channels so good luck with finding something in 5 minutes. Overall spend some more money on a better hotel, I spent $312 for 3 days 2 nights, I OVER PAID, that place ain't worth it. 10/10 dont recommend.

The room was clean and spacious the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly
-
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was tricky but only because of the road work. The parking garage was secure. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating.
-
The too was clean and spacious. The hotel has a gym and a pool with free access. Good breakfast, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for me and I feel safe during my stay. Maids were absolutely professional and kind. Thank you.
-
I also loved having free parking for a hotel. The breakfast was good. The waffles were good and convenient. The bathroom was tiny. The bathtub wasn't clean. The room seemed a bit dated.
-
Decent place for the price Ice machines had no ice. out door Pool was dirty with trash in it. Rooms were fairly clean staff were very helpful and Kind.
-
Lots of paint and updates would be very useful. Only 2 of the floors had working ice machines. Generally just looked like it had been a couple of decades since things had been updated.
-
Breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the breakfast area were very clean, and all the food items were always fresh. The room has a lot dirt in the corners of the room. The hotel hallways were outdated. However we always returned to a made up bed and the bathroom had new towels.
-
Was a safe place to stop for the night. Was in proximity to Cincinnati Hard Rock Hotel greatly needs to be updated. While the room was comfortable, there was cracks in the bathroom walls as well as peeling paint. The drapes are so old, the backing is worn in places and lets the light come though in the morning. Quite disturbing if you're a late sleeper.
-
I like that the property offered a nice breakfast with a place to dine in and the rooms were comfortable The parking situation and trying to locate the front door
