Disappointing

The location was accessible to downtown and the interstate which were great. Also, the kitchen amenities were good. There were roaches crawling on my cup by the tv. Then when me & my wife got in the bed, there were roaches crawling in the bed which made our night of celebration very unpleasant. Furthermore, when we spoke to the front desk about the concern, they tried to explain it away and stated because of the construction surrounding the property that was the main reason for the roaches. There should have been a discussion regarding a refund of some amount.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great! The workout room was a bonus. The pool is right off the parking block you can look down into it from up there, throw things in.

Room was very clean, but Hotel needs a fresh look ASAP.

The staff were nice and beds weee comfy. The room reeked of smoke, which I understand is not their fault because it’s guest-dependent. But I’m a nonsmoker and I can’t stand the smell, so there should be some notice.

I got sick trying to get into the room and they changed me into another room and got sick as well but they could not allow me to cancel my reservation or move so I had to leave the premise since I could not sleep there for that night.

The room was big and clean at the time of arrival. The hotel lobby was also clean and had a convenient store although it wasn’t stocked. The breakfast was not worth the extra fee. The property appeared dirty and not like the pictures advertised online. The pool was also dirty. On the last day house keeping just busted in my room.

I didn’t have the breakfast but loved that it’s offered. The park was tight.

There was no terrace bar on top of building was a lie and funky smell and not .6 miles away from pay core stadium
