It was so dirty under the bed, the restroom was clean but the light wasn’t working good. Bad area not recommended if you travel with kids
-
The desk lady was super helpful. I go to work early before the continental breakfast is open so she would let me come in the night before and get my breakfast everyday, chit chat me up, very pretty, but also very kind.
-
Staff was amazing supernice. However rooms left a lot to desire. Bed creaked everytime you tried to get comfortable. And only one garbage can for the room. Breakfast was decent.
-
Lots of parking space. Could use more pillows on the mattress. Hot breakfast is only available on weekend stays. It was a 1 night layover so was satisfied for the cost of the stay.
-
The windows are very poor, and you can hear everything.
-
The room was clean and organized. The sheets were also clean and the tub looked as if it had been scrubbed down well. The bed was comfortable and soft as well as the pillows
-
The room was noisy because of freeway traffic, but I was aware of that before booking. The staff could have been a little more helpful with directions to the handicapped parking area. It was quite a distance from the parking lot to my room. For a senior with mobility problems, just getting to my room was difficult.

The rooms were clean, ample parking, worth the money

I won't be staying there again I think they catered to the homeless
-
the staff was very unprofessional talking about others. room stank as soon as u turned on the air. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in my room

The pool was extremely dirty, my kids tried swimming after our arrivait, the pool was slippery at the bottom with yellow stains, had floating hair, and other stuffs. A neighbors kindly advised my kids to get out of the pool as it needed to be cleaned so they don't get sick. My order daughter threw up twice that evening after swimming at the pool. We notify them the next hoping the pool will be cleaned, we kept asking the remainding 3 days we had there and someone finally went scrubbing the bottom of that pool and cleaning the stuffs floating on it but did not empy it or sanitized the water after scrubbing what was at the bottom. Be aware also that it isn't a full breakfast, just cereals, frozen pancake, yogurt, orange& apple cups juices...forget about it if you hope for proteins like cramble Eggs, sausage or bacons... I only gave a 2 stars because the staff brought us clean towels every day.

Will not return. Ever.

Everything went well, and staff was very helpful.

Sketchy people hanging around outside in the parking lot. This happens every single time I stay here.

Our room was nice & clean. The outside was a dead plant, dirt and gravel. The walkway in front of our room had piles of dirt and debris. More concerning were the sketchy people in the parking lot. I opened the door to go out and some guy was crouched down by my room hiding.
-
The room was quite deteriorated, the bed was not cleaned, the jacuzzi full of hair, there is no quality for the price, I would not return.

Staff were pleasant. Our room was

It was a refreshing change from the decently expensive and unhelpful motels I’d stayed at, and to think Sunnyside is a decent amount cheaper than the crappy motels. The hotel is welcoming and well maintained as well it seems the staff actually enjoy their job and their days as the general vibe is far better than most I’d stayed at. I found it a welcome and much needed and refreshing environment that excelled drastically in comparison to the more expense, less taken care of run down places I’d stay just before this hotel. It is odd how for example as a solo female traveler in all the places I’d been to this last month and a half the one that gave me the best experience was the women at the Sunnyside Inn where as in the previous places where I paid more, it tended to be the men every time that even more disappointing was that the men were normally the managers who simply were thinking they had an upper hand to me for whatever reason. I is a very sad day when it takes only a few women to show up in the proper manner and have the ability, for once to enjoy my stay. It was a bit shocking and jarring how much different it felt to stay at Sunnyside Paying somewhere else that is flat out too expensive, has terrible management and rude associates is lunacy. The behavior of a few male managers did ruin a few days of my time although the Sunnyside Inn has been nothing but amazing. Thank you

Don't go there expecting to get any special treatment if you are disabled, because you will not receive it. They told my husband that it didn't matter that he was disabled he shouldn't have anything outside of our vehicle. The graveyard shift was great though.
