The bed was super comfortable and the shower was good size The tv didn't work properly took forever to check in there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or heat lamp, had to make a bonvoy account to use wifi and breakfast wasnt complimentary. Way over priced for lack or amenities.
-
Cleanliness Expected more from this hotel for the price. Saggy bed, room overlooked the overflowing dumpsters, not even free coffee in the lobby area n the morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
-
Staff at front desk was more interested in her texting, over customers checking in. Room was not very clean. The balcony had a wad of gum stuck to the railing and there were leaves and dirt all over the balcony floor.
