The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building seemed to be in a bit disrepair. Outlets in the room and dining room weren’t all working and the place is getting dated. That being said, I would stay here again

Clean room, great location and parking

I have stayed at this hotel before and never had this many issues. I have been a General Manager, Food and beverage Director and Front Office Manager(Starwood Properties) I will not go back. I did ask for a discount and was informed by the FD Agent that would be up to the owner and she would pass the information on. The dogs started barking at 830am the next morning. Did ask for a 1st floor room and was told not available. Choice has lost a customer, I still feel a refund of some kind should be given Jenny House

The place is clean beds are comfortable. Will stay there again when visiting Oregon.

Minor things: Place is a little outdated, carpet is old and rooms have a musty/cigarette smell. If you have the A/C on it get rid of the smell. Carpet is old and needs to be taken out and replaced.

Parking is free, which is great. Swimming pool is good, but so cold. Restroom in the pool room no toilet paper, not enough towels. I wish the room could be warm before we get into the pool. The chairs could be updated with new chairs in the pool’s room. The two bedrooms queen size is kind of small to rate queen advertise. The window in the room needs real time cleaning, it was rusty. The bathroom needs some updating. Not super clean when we arrived. Perhaps, if the staffing could get the AC turn on so we can’t smell the unpleasant smell when we walked in. I feel bad for the staffs that is working there. There’s nothing much they can do to assist us better. They were nice people, worked hard but seem like they are being under paid. I get that, they worked within the amount they get paid for. Breakfast was okay. I don’t think we will come back again to this place. Overall, thank you for a good night sleep. Our family 1st and last time at this place.

Never ever go there, we came to checkout and room was used ,urine in toilet, food crumbs on the table, bed looks like someone was laying. We went downstairs told front desk and canceled our reservation and left.

The elevator didn't work during our stay. The TV in our room did not work. The one treadmill in the gym did not work, and all the pictures I saw in the app pre-booking showed a hot tub that no longer exists. Was severely disappointed with the amenities during our little getaway.

Overall, the hotel has a good location and the staff were courteous. However, I believe the hotel’s policies could be more guest-friendly. With some improvements to those policies and better value for the price, this hotel could provide a much better experience for future travelers.

Rooms are clean, Beds are comfortable,

I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! The breakfast was ok but it was the same breakfast every morning. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in the hotel and our room even though ours said it was a non smoking room. Over all this was a very disappointing experience. We came expecting a hot tub and cleanliness and came away frustrated.

The hotel was not clean, I had to get my own towels, and when I went to go get shower supplies they were out of body wash.

Convenient to freeway access Dirty, room was not what the picture was

We booked a night here so my kids could swim in the indoor heated pool. When we checked in we were alarmed that the room was dirty (food smudged on wall with hair stuck to it). Then my 6 year old daughter tried to open the sliding closet door and it fell of the hinges and onto her. I ran and pulled it off her. She was fine so I picked up the door and moved it against the wall. At this point I'm not sure why we didn't just leave as clearly the hotel is not even safe... I think I was just so exhausted from travel. We went to try the pool and it was freezing cold, no attempt at heating or a sign that the heating was off/broken/etc. This is when we packed our bags to leave. We were there a total of about 40 minutes. I talked to the person at the front desk. She was kind but clearly didn't understand what to do. She told me we could get our money back and that we needed to contact hotels.com/expedia.com and they would call the hotel to confirm the refund. We paid $200 for this awful room and experience. So we just left and later that evening I called expedia. They called the hotel and apparently were told they would now not issue the refund. Expedia said they would escalate and get back to me within 2 or 3 days. I have not heard anything - it has been a week. I will have to try to contact them again. This hotel is seriously suffering on multiple levels. I am just completely shocked they wouldn't give me my money back after such an objectively horrible experience.

The TV kept going off, the staff found a new cable. The website said there was a hot tub. It was filled with cement. The pool was freezing, and the exercise room was filthy and the equipment, which was 2 small items, treadmill did not work. I didn't even try the other machine. It smelled with a bad odor.

Needed milk in the middle of the night and staff was able to help.

Love this place. We stay here once a year

Location was nice We had close to a thousand ants in our room which got all over my kids clothes we had to move rooms due to it and bag up a majority of my kids clothes
