AC did mot produce cold air in the bedroom

Very expensive for the condition of the property and the amenities. I would not recommend it there are much nicer properties in the same area for the same price. I would rate it as shabby. The “breakfast” was terrible, exercise equipment was non-functional, garbage sat out in the hall for two days, screen missing on the window, hot water was warm only, pillows were overstuffed and lumpy, several of the outlets didn’t work, closet door was not on the track and could not be opened.

I didn’t have breakfast this time but I did last year when I stayed. It was ok. I was able to make my own waffle and everything was delicious and easy to reach to. The room was not 100% clean when I came. I could see small stuff around the room that belonged to former clients. The Netflix should not be so hard to get to. Some things you have to pay for or you can’t watch it.

Don’t stay here! Very dirty and rooms spelled like black smoke and cigarettes and were told they’re smoke free. There was no accountability from the staff. The pictures are deceiving! Would not recommend

Location was good, we did not take part in the breakfast. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order. Not a big problem.

Loved everything the pool and sauna the kids and hubby loved all in all a great place with lots of room

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building seemed to be in a bit disrepair. Outlets in the room and dining room weren’t all working and the place is getting dated. That being said, I would stay here again

Clean room, great location and parking

I have stayed at this hotel before and never had this many issues. I have been a General Manager, Food and beverage Director and Front Office Manager(Starwood Properties) I will not go back. I did ask for a discount and was informed by the FD Agent that would be up to the owner and she would pass the information on. The dogs started barking at 830am the next morning. Did ask for a 1st floor room and was told not available. Choice has lost a customer, I still feel a refund of some kind should be given Jenny House

Booked specifically for a wheelchair-accessible room for my daughter. Room was over an hour late. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Offered a refund for our final night but refused to provide proof of checkout. Would not stay here again.

Minor things: Place is a little outdated, carpet is old and rooms have a musty/cigarette smell. If you have the A/C on it get rid of the smell. Carpet is old and needs to be taken out and replaced.
