As someone who lives in California the AC unit was sub par lol. Also make sure to label your recycling if you plan to keep it! Had a bag I was collecting and housekeeping got it. Staff was really kind and considerate in our room placement being that I had 3 young kids with me. Breakfast was exiting for the kids, the pancake machine was interesting.

It said no smoking but in the room is stained and smells of cigarette it's so bad

The sheets were clean. The beds and stuff were clean. Doors and stuff were old and a little beaten up. The food was ok. Breakfast is just tjin pancakes biscuits and gravy orange or apple juice and yogurt. The juice and coffee didnt taste thst great.the jetted tub in our room didnt work all that needs to be fixed is the timing knob on the wall that you turn to keep it on. The guy just stated most of em dont work thats why they dont advertised. I had been excited about it. If you pay for a cheap place you get cheap rooms. They arent even interested in fixing things. If they fixed them they would get better ratings. However it did serve my needs and the staff and maids are friendly which is better than some places. The room was clean. Because it is cheap i might stay again if needed. I just know what to expect.

Has a small morning breakfast. Thanks

All was okay except for people talking loud around 2am and what sounded like kids running in hallway. Needless to say my sleep was cut short.

Just a great experience so far as walking into the lobby and smelling the cleanliness in the air was refreshing as I was previously at a motel and checked in for five minutes and didn’t even wanna put my purse down. Then to come here and not only have it be clean, but the front desk was very warm and inviting as well as accommodating in the room was just what I wanted just what I needed.

They charged me for the room and had none available.

Super easy check-in. Lots of luggage carts and easy access. The hotel is on a busy street but it didn't keep us awake. They were very professional and kind. We had biscuits and gravy for breakfast and it was good, as was the coffee.

It was a lot cleaner rgan my last stay there. no hot water for shower in the morning had to do a cojld shower. the room I had had been smoked in but they had tried to clean it the smell was still strong

It stunk. BADLY

Was a nice 5 days

Room smelled like smoke. A prostitute greeted me in the lobby, an adult video store was next door, thought that was like 20 years ago. Had trouble with my card key, manager acted very put out. Worried about my car all night, other than that, all fine.

My only complaints, for things in their control, were that I called for more towels and they never came and where the assist pole was in the shower had a small rusty rod sticking out of the wall. Didn’t like that at all. Not in their control, but something to consider is that getting in and out of the parking lot is not an easy task, google and Apple Maps knows this too and will direct you around the entire block, adding about 5 minutes to your route, just you can come up the street and make a right turn into the lot. Cause even though the entrance to the freeway is RIGHT THERE, there’s like a 5% chance you actually get to make into that lane. Again, not in their control, I know, just something to consider. Otherwise, not bad for the price and the staff is very friendly!

Great staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was limited to pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and some fridge items.

The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. We reported it to the front desk, they said they are 100% smoke free but no one listens to it and all the blankets had the holes in them. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and it had a uncomfortable feel about it. We stayed only one night and left as fast as possible. Only good thing is Fred Meyers store is right across the street if you need anything.

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, and we felt safe walking outside.
