Great stay
-
The night representatives yelled at me and threw my husband and I out at 2:30 am.

Pretty good property. In the middle of everything you need, good restaurant attached to it. The pool service is really good. clean rooms.

Clean room

Clean room and close to shopping center, enjoyed our stay!
-
Nice restaurant and lounge. Pool area is nice. Newly renovated. Lots of parking. Convenient. Amenities match the price.

1) There was an oily cleaning solvent on a spot on the floor that sent you scrambling when stepped on. 2) The tv didn't work. Maintenance said they wouldn't be able to fix it, we were moved to a different room which turned out to be occupied, and was sent back to the old room while they looked for another room. We were given a gift card to use at the resteraunt and offered 2 free bottles of water for our trouble. The staff members were clearly working within

The outdoor pool feels like a resort! There are pool floaties/toys to use along with sunscreen and infused ice water.

This hotel used to be The Monarch and is now part of Hilton, The hallways and room were updated and clean but most important part to me was the mattress and it was pretty firm - not very restful - they need some pillow tops for extra padding . We didn't use any of the amenities or restaurant.

No breakfast with the room, cooling system was either cold or too hot. Noise travels thru the walls and ceiling. Barely had enough tables to sit at.
-
Fountains and pool were dirty. Fishy crackers left in our room from previous party. Soap was empty. Unfortunately would not recommend.

We have stayed here often. I appreciate the make over.
-
No instructions on how TV worked, no info on inhouse restaurant, other wise a nice place.

Enjoyed staying here

The gym was much better than most places. Beds were nice.

I booked for one night and it double booked me for 2 rooms. I didn’t even use the other room that it added, but it made me pay for it.
-
The hand soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was empty. Asked for a new one but was unable to install on the wall bracket.

We enjoyed our stay! We came with our softball team. Parents enjoyed the lounge next to the restaurant too!

After remodel it seems the rooms were smaller and the bathroom/shower room was tiny. Forgetting to get a room for disabled daughter, last stay there was plenty of room.

The property was recently remodeled and really well done. Modern yet comfortable and welcoming. Clear attention to design and detail. Inviting artwork complimented the room’s natural, PNW color scheme. 4K television and easy to use digital thermostat. We were very pleased when we arrived. Then the “clomp, clomp, clomp” of the person in the room above us began… and continued on, and on, and ON until midnight. And what initially seemed like normal, city background noise from the freeway, became an never ending drone of “whump, whump, whump” from semi-truck braking, sirens from emergency vehicles whizzing by, with motorcycle engines revving and racing throughout the night. As a primary route around the west outskirts of Portland, it was non-stop. Then the god awful “clomp, clomp, clomp” started again at 6am on Sunday morning… back and forth, back and forth, back and forth until after 8am. OMG — just stop!!! So, they tried. They really did. The remodel is beautiful and well done. But like staying at a luxury resort in the middle of a war zone — anything BUT pleasant and relaxing. A big disappointment for our initial stay. And I get it, it’s a hotel next to a freeway, so it’s NOT going to be whisper quiet. I’m not expecting them to do the impossible, just giving other travelers a heads up. The ONLY possible way I could see staying here again, would be a third floor room on the opposite side of the building — not facing the freeway.
