Hotel property, for a Hilton brand, was like a 2 star (being generous) worn down, lots of poor cosmetic repairs, and looked a bit dated. A/C was spotty, had to plug and unplug to get it started. I was woken up by dogs barking in the hallway outside the room less than 5 hours after falling asleep. Woke up and went to get breakfast. What a nightmare. The room looked like a kids mess hall, everything was dirty, from the tables, floor, and utensils used to serve food. Wiped down table and made the best of serving us food. Coffee was good, food mediocre. We left the room a bit after 11am and when we returned noticed no one stopped by to clean, make the bed, take the trash, replace towels, etc. It was already past 9PM and figured there was nothing the hotel staff could do at that point. Honestly I was shocked that a Hilton-branded property would be so poorly taken care of with little to no effort by the staff to correct visible issues. We noticed a sign saying the property was being freshened up, this was not known when we reserved the room. I regret staying here, especially for the price. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Easy to get to the hotel from the freeway. Clean rooms. Great location with access to restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Available coffee, tea and ice cold water throughout the day. Pretty decent breakfast. Husband loved the whirlpool. The out-of-order self-service washer and dryer. We're on a 10-day cross-country road trip vacation. In searching for hotels, one must-have was laundry facilities within each hotel. This hotel room did not have what they claimed to have. We managed.

Room was very small, almost claustrophobic.

Staff was very friendly. The property was being renovated but they kept everything to a minimum. Breakfast choices varied each morning which was great. Lots of parking spaces.

We stay here once a year. Our fave chain hotel, best free breakfast, service and staff etc. Rooms are usually clean, our room though this time, bathroom fan switch looked like it wasn't wiped in awhile and sink drain was slow draining. That's the only issues we've had so far.
