He did have issue with shower door staying closed but staff was very responsive when we mentioned on check out Also breakfast was a great selection

The room smelled very strong like fabreeze or cheap plug ins. There was no window mesh so if you want to open the window, you'll get plenty of bugs coming in. The room was so tiny. The front desk staff was never at the desk. Had to wait there and call out for help several times

Room was clean, good breakfast and parking. Staff was excellent. Breakfast staff so cordial and efficient. Wish there was a microwave in the room.

Not the best stay
-
Housekeeping, one day would make a bed and not leave clean towels and leave old dirty towels on the floor. The next day they wouldn’t even do no how keeping in the room. Bathroom sink was clogged asked to get repaired. Had to ask three times before they said there wasn’t a maintenance man on staff he would try to fix it himself with a toilet plunger in a sink. That was nasty and very unsanitary. I don’t recommend to stay at this property. I called this place a pig with lipstick!!!

I just assumed the location being out of the Hamptons would’ve had a pool a larger area to indulge in. There’s no bar, but I was definitely comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing.
-
Location and breakfast. The breakfast was especially well attended to by staff. The bathroom in our room (315) was very small and the shower leaked onto the floor.
-
The bathroom could use more cleaning. There was hair all in the bathroom sink the shower didn't even look like it had be cleaned.
-
Very nice stay and very nice property. Would stay again.

The rooms were small and the only sink was in a small bathroom. Some renovations were in progress.

Received fresh towels daily, but never received coffee refilled in room, ran out of toilet paper, and shampoo dispenser was never refilled. We were there 3 days.
-
solid breakfast with lots to choose from, cold and working AC, quiet especially with being next to highway uncomfortable pillows (not a lot to them), house keeping missed our room w/o sign on door but came when requested, not convenient for walking, homeless sleeping outside on street, parking fills up fast especially on weekends so try not to arrive late or you wont have a spot

Nice hotel, well maintained and quiet.

While the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great, there were no amenities. The pool, spa, and fitness room were closed due to maintenance "until the end of the day". What that meant was the amenities were closed for the entire weekend. Not sure why the pool and spa were closed, as there were no visible items in the area. But the fitness room, what you could see appeared to be closed to paint. When you spend extra money for the amenities, one would expect to use them. As for the staff, if you did find any around, there was no friendliness to them. This is a far cry from my stay the prior weekend in Arizona at another Hampton Inn. This location would do great in getting some customer service training for the entire staff. This is one of those stays where I believe there should be a small credit for not being able to use the amenities.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The buffet included the usual-cereals, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, eggs and sausage patties. They had hard boiled eggs or an omelette like egg with melted cheese. Exceptional hotel!
