At this hotel, you only have one person work in valet and it’s really hard when people are needing to get their car and they have to wait in a line of 20 to get their car but you paid $32 for valet. It’s not fair. The kid that was working ballet was doing his very best and he did a very good job black kid with a Afro. I give him much respect because he really did a great job trying to keep everyone calm and patient and do his best to get everyone’s car the morning of checkout he had about 25 people in line

The AC Hotel in Clayton exceeded my expectations. The gym was excellent, the Sky Bar was a highlight of the stay, and the servers provided good service. Tasha at reception was especially sweet and helpful!

The property and room were very clean. However, I had paid for a late check our-4 PM, but housekeeping banged on my door at 10:15. I had not been sleeping well. Without paying extra, my check out time was noon. Regular check out is 11 AM. Not 10:15. Then, all 3 bottles in the shower were empty: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I used bar soap on my hair! There was also no lotion provided. Everything else was wonderful.
