Wish list: a free bottle of water vs weighted tiny water bottles Front desk check-in was not friendly (ie not warm, smiling) but was efficient. Upon leaving the staff was very friendly!

Love this place! Staff were amazing, rooms were perfect. Spacious, light, great showers. Valet was excellent. Close to a beautiful park, transit, metro line, restaurants. Honestly, favorite place I've stayed in St. Louis area.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and low to the floor making it difficult to get out of. The sheets were rough and shifted during the night. The property was very neat and clean.

Breakfast sucked! And too expensive for a European breakfast with cold cuts…weird! $18 per person ! Too much I was blown away that there were no microwave in the hotel for guest to use ! All hotels have some sort of microwave. Also the hotel needs friendlier staff.

This was my first time stay at this hotel. I highly recommend. The room was clean, staff were professional and extremely helpful. The rooftop was a nice experience with reasonable prices.

It was fairly nice and clean just extremely overpriced. I didn’t care for the parking options which made it even more expensive. Breakfast was truly disappointing. Definitely better off going to a restaurant. Very limited options, & way overpriced for the lack of variety.

Overall, we felt like a burden to the Marriott staff working during our stay. It's a beautiful property in a great location, shame that it's being run this way.
