Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton

Room was smaller than I expected. Staffs were very kind and helpful.

The Meridian is clearly an upscale business hotel. The room is modern, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very well equipped with amenities. There's parking with fees but the location is not parking friendly

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. Staff was amazing, food was incredible, and all areas were clean and well maintained. Shout out to the woman who was attending the pool who was a rockstar handling a lot of people, bartending, and taking food orders all with a smile.

Amazing pool, spotless rooms and an amazing staff. We enjoyed the pool and lobby bars and delicious coffees and breakfast from the restaurant. Can’t wait to be back!

There was an issue with the sink in the bathroom, however, the staff promptly moved us to another room. I blame the patron(s) prior to us that failed to report the issue for the next guest upon checking out. We reported it so it would get addressed. Unfortunately, the fix was going to take longer than expected.

The superb service was always prompt and the demeanor of the staff was consistently inviting.They were always asking what they could do better.

Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

Parking garage is a disaster if you have anything larger than a sedan. Pool is small, not enough seating for guests. People were waiting for pool chairs and on top of each other In the pool. Room had a terrible sewage smell coming from the air vent. Otherwise clean facility and friendly staff. Good location. Probably will not return, as there are better options in the area.

The weather was a little drizzly in the morning but cleared up by noon, but because of that they didn't do any outdoor food or beverage service at the pool.

No complaints at all about this property. The lobby smelled amazing! Very clean and pleasant staff. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Parking was easily accessible to get in & out of. Great area, too, with so many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Would have liked juice or flavored waters in the to go items in lobby. Something without caffeine or artificial sugars.

The pillows were too soft and I could not prop my head up. Need one soft and one medium pillow on each king per side.

The location was close to everything, service was friendly and rooms were spotless. I would happily stay here again.

I'm giving it excellent all around because everyone has heart that works here. Cares for you and wants you to enjoy your stay
