Hampton Inn & Suites Clayton/St. Louis-Galleria Area

Great place to stay while in St. Louis. It is close enough to airport but in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was fine. The room over me flooded the bathroom and I had water raining over my toilet.

Very convenient to Wash U. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Easy parking.

Clean facility, friendly staff, easy in & out of the parking ramp. Very nice neighborhood.

Nice location, breakfast was good with different options each day. The downside, there was parking charge that I wasn't expecting.

The staff was not very warm or accommodating or kind about amenities not available/working or checkout time. Water pressure in shower low, room floors filthy, no conditioner in shower, etc

Good for ev stop

We were there for 4 days and three nights. They never cleaned the room. The trash was over flowing. We had to ask 4 times for clean towels and finally my husband went down to the desk for towels on the second day. We asked when we checked in if the towels could be changed daily. By the third day we thought the maid would come in and tidy up the room and clean the sinks, exchange the towels and empty the trash. No the third day they did deliver the towels to the room, I would not stay here again.

The neighborhood was a wonderful area.

The pool was closed for maintenance and the floor was filthy it turned our feet black

A pretty good place to stay. The rooms and cleanliness were fine. The gym closed at 11p. The breakfast was decent, but I wish it wasn't served on paper plates and plastic utensils. Parking used to be free, now it is charged at $25/night.

Staff and hotel were great. Lots of technical issues though.

Our room had a TERRIBLE shower, like barely more than a trickle.

Was a wonderful neighborhood and very nice property. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Miranda and Nikki were so wonderful and made us feel right at home! Each time we returned to the hotel, they greeted with a smile and a hello.

Property is not good. It is very old and dirty.

We had a nice stay w our two service dogs. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I'd give it five stars but the room wouldn't cool below 72 and there was no fan in the bathroom.
