Came for a family trip for the 4th and everything was great the pool was very nice it was heated and me and mines had a good time the breakfast was very good as well. Overall I will be back

Two downsides: The table where you can work on a laptop is immediately next to the room air conditioner. Had to cover the air conditioner vents with a pillow while working on laptop. The room is poor lit. No ceiling light at all in the main room.

Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, great fitness center. Nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in.
-
The rooms are getting a little dated. The bathroom did not have a fans so it was humid after a shower. The rooms were very dark.
-
Wonderful breakfast including the staff helpful and great attitude

Great place

Parking is very expensive, and you can only pay online; some people aren't very familiar with apps and can't do it. They could allow payment in the lobby as well.
-
Swimming pool just slightly larger than the average hot tub.

Very nice property!
-
They gave us bottle water to brush our teeth with and you have to pay everywhere to park, not quite what I expected for the lofty price.
-
The shower was almost non-existent, barely trickled out of the faucet no matter the adjustable head, which made it very difficult to get a shower. The bed was extremely firm, so if you have any back issues at all you may want to think twice about staying here. Also, it was the weekend and there was no cleaning service in the rooms or restocking towels, etc. The plus to the hotel was the staff! They were super friendly!

Room was not cleaned at all. Bathroom tub, toilet, and floors were absolutely filthy. For the price we paid for our stay, we were completely disappointed.
-
I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. it's outdated with stains in the carpet and hair in the bathroom that's not my color and a lot of it which seems that it wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. The bedding is so worn the sheets are almost translucent and the box spring was broken. The cost of the room I expected a hotel in better condition.

This Hotel is located in very rich neighborhoods. Safe good but stuff is horrible. I never ever had such bad experience with stuff like this. As a Formal Big Hotel employee at Hotel intercontinental in downtown Chicago as many positions including customer first service concierge...i never haven't see stuff so unprofessional and very rude. I traveled the world I stayed in so many hotels Hampton Inn in so many different states. Me and my 2 adults daughter's traveled from Chicago to St Louis to see the international game before the World Cup and we left 5 in the morning barely slept few hours and when we stopped almost 2 hours before reaching hotel we called to see if we could check in earlier they kept saying customer service to the front office manager who is named Christina that we have to pay immediately $50 to check in earlier and she said if you're checking after 11:00 it would be still $25 I never heard of such thing I worked in hotel I checked him in so many different Hotel recently in Miami in October 20 25 and then let me check in by noon and I checked in so many guests before Hotel I never charge them extra checking out late fees might be applied but that was so rude to us we had a game at 2:00 p.m. and we choose this neighborhood not downtown 9 miles away from Energizer Park to be in a good area and when I arrived there I asked to speak with the manager which was 10:20 a.m. she replied to me what you want her name is Christina so rude so unprofessional also her assis

Staff was very helpful ! Enjoyed our stay.

The wifi and tv were a problem. the breakfast wasn’t very good. the staff was kind and responsive, though and tried hard to solve problems.

The pool was small and crowded and noisy

Pool was small

But the property is showing signs of wear. My room’s toilet was running all night — and my request for maintenance to fix (and silence) it went unanswered. The refrigerator in the room went from warm to cool back to warm enough that I skipped drinking the OJ I had stored in there.

Great location, clean, and comfortable!
