The people who work there are outstanding. Charllie awesome. There are not enough people to work there. Again. I was so impressed by the staff. I have been all over the world. People make a difference. Ladies at the desk great, very interesting people who go there

I absolutely loved my stay at Clayton Plaza Hotel! It was beautiful inside and out. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable plus the breakfast was delicious. Not often do you get a buffet style breakfast with your stay at hotels!! Whenever I come back to St Louis this will be where I’d stay every time.

Breaking was awesome. However the bar was closed all the time. Ck in should be before 4 pm. Cameroon was closed for whatever. No jacuzzi, weight room wasn't that great. And the bar was closed.

Really enjoyed our stay. We would like to come back....

Lovely place, well maintained, clean and comfortable. This is now our STL go to hotel.

the staff was so helpful and very nice :) The room was very clean and the shower was cool!! the pool was fantastic as well not that crowded!

The people who work there are excellent very willing to help, very pleasant and professional. A few house cleaning issues with the entrance ceiling tiles. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly. Pillows in rooms should be relaxed.

The main parking garage was down so we had to park somewhere else which wasn’t convenient at all. They want to hold $100 for any damages that may occur while you’re staying there. The first night out we had to get a different room due to the refrigerator not working and the pull out couch was broke and had a pee stain on it

SPOTS ON FLOOR F! You park any other level you had use the stairs! The STAIRS ARE SO SO SO NASTY I FELT UNSAFE LOOK LIKE PEOPLE DO DRUGS IN THE STAIRCASE THATS HOW Nasty! Shower had old hair in it was not cleaned! After I booked they said the pool WAS closed and wud not be available! Safe did not work in my room! Only good thing is the BREAKFAST WAS good would have been amazing if the restaurant was clean looking I guess they do a thorough cleaning after they closed! DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN or RECOMMEND!
